Our stay was wonderful and would definitely come back again.

Loved the location and cleanliness

I didnt like the pillows, too soft for me. I woke up with a sore neck.

I’ll never stay there again. Definitely not worth the price.

Poor location, you can see the ocean but NOT oceanfront. No access to the beach. Carpets are filthy my 1 year olds feet were black within minutes from walking inside the room. Bed placed in front of window with no headboard, too much light coming in, could not sleep at all. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything.

The grounds were spectacular and enjoyed my visit.

The Cottage that we upgraded too was slanted and off the foundation so everything was tilted. We had to sleep in the opposite direction so the blood didnt rush to our heads when we slept.

Good for one night, beautiful view. Not too comfortable though.

Small property right by the beach. In downtown Pismo so walkable distance to everything fun. Very gorgeous view. Clean room and bathroom. You can text the lobby.

The key card for my room didn’t work after the first, second, third, fourth, etc… tries. I literally have a video of myself standing at my door for more than a minute and a half trying to get the key card to work. I promise it wasn’t user error. It just chose when it wanted to work. The bathroom was kinda smelly because there’s not much ventilation in there, but it was still clean. Also the blankets smelled like bleach but I guess that means they’re washed so nothing unbearable about that. And at one point I woke up to footsteps of what sounded like somebody trying to sneak onto the deck for my room but when I opened my eyes they stopped, and throughout the early morning they would continue. Haunted or what?

this place could have potential but it does need a lot done to it

it had an amazing ocean view

first off there were spiders in my room and in the living room windows, second of the 2 sofa chairs were full of dust and third of all the couch had a black stains on it, fourth of all the bed were uncomfortable an very squeaky, fifth of all all my dishes had food residue stuck on them an yoi can’t walk down the stairs to beach gotta go to the next hotel over to walk down the beach. I was very disappointed when the staff lied to me about my room being clean cause it was very dirty and had an ugly musty smell to it.

Exceptional

Both my husband ,& I Loved our stay there. . We definitely look forward to going back. Loved the ocean view from our window room. Loved walking outside and just looking at the ocean was so relaxing and comfortable so quiet. Plan on going again and having a barbecue and a little bonfire. Thank you so much look forward to seeing you all again.

Dirty rooms, paper thin walls, no maid/cleaning service, construction going on until late at night. Not worth the price, photos are deceiving.

Much needed vacation from work and the motel was perfect for my girlfriend and I.

I loved the location and the staff were very friendly.

I would say the only thing that could have some improvements was the bathroom but other than that everything was perfect for our stay.

Small Shower, window would not stay open. our bathroom window opened to wall covered with bird poop and the trash bin to the property next door which sits higher than the wall. No fan in bathroom so need window open have to prop open and no privacy to restaurant windows above..

great location just needs a little updating

great location and very friendly front staff.

very noisy rooms we were on the bottom floor and heard every movement from room above. also the bathroom shower was very small which would have been fine if the shower nozzle would be able to be adjusted to actually spray on you.

Not recommended; would pay extra bucks & book next door hotel.

Perfect location, comfi king bed

Very noisy wifi device in the room, cleaning people talk too loud outside the room, other guests are too loud in the middle of the night, room does not have enough lighting. Every room has a couple chairs & a tiny table outside to sit, but ours (room 108) didn't have them, not enough space in the restroom by the sink to put tooth brush & toothpaste.
