Location is great- walk across the road to the beach. You can walk to everything- stores, restaurants, etc.
Room was way too small.

Scarlet at reception was excellent. Very friendly and nothing was a problem. We were able to store bags at check out which helped as we didn’t need to leave for a few hours. The beach chairs and towels provided were very handy and made such a difference, great perks to have as part of your stay. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. I’ve been coming to Montauk for years and this accommodation was much nicer than previous places I’ve stayed on the same street. Would recommend and would stay there again!
