Location facilities easy to find
Most of the staff were lovely. However returning after 9pm one evening with the intention of a late night drink we felt unwelcome. The way we were treated was blunt ' have u a reservation ' rather than a good evening how can I help you just did not sit well with us. Needless to say we did not available of the nightcap.

Location to Jasper and River. Saw elk on the property
The full kitchen could have been better equipped. It had dinner plates and cereal bowls but no small plates or Pyrex bowls to heat food on the microwave. Also we stayed at similar bungalow in lake Louise - it provided milk and cream for coffee rather than packaged creamers The freezer in the refrigerator was in need of defrosting. When we checked in housekeeping had only provided one large towel for 2 people. We quickly got a second but it seemed odd

Parking was very good
We liked the firepit in the evening
The checking in process took a significant amount of time which was frustrating
The room was not cleaned and the bins had not been empties. However when we brought this to their attention the matter was resolved to our satisfaction.
