Typical motel room. Friendly (but inexperienced) staff.

Very comfortable room, modern and clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We didn't use the pool but it looked great for a cool down after a day of exploring and hikes. It is a great place to stay in Jasper and easy to walk to downtown. Great parking facilities. I would stay again.

Beds were slightly soft, but we found this in most places we stayed in Canada. There was no breaskfast included but there is a coffee shop by the hotel, and there is also a good restaurant for dinner on-site.

The room was clean, it was a nice walk into the town from our room, we had pool/hot tub access.

We would like no kids In the out door hot tub as we had 4 join us while we were talking which is fine however it was the fact they were jumping in, splashing us, then deciding it was a good idea to grab the laundry basket and dump snow in the hot tub.
