The owner manager was very rude and refused to give me a receipt for 100.00 cash deposit. we decided not to stay cause of how uncomfortable he made us feel

The service was horrible and rude, took our cash deposit, and refused us a receipt. Accused a non smoker of smoking.

Will look elsewhere next time

The place is run down and nothing like it was before. Smoke free but room smells smoky. Linens must have been handed by a heavy smoker. They smelled very smoky. Several cigarette burns on bed spread and sheet. Window blinds look like they have never been cleaned.

Nice, accommodating, close to everything.

The staff is very accommodating, very hospitable. Not a fancy place, but very comfortable. Owners keep it quiet and clean. This is usually my go-to place when I need a room.

Nothing you can do about it, but I don't like the stairs. I know I need to reserve earlier to get a downstairs room. Older hotel, small parking lot - a little challenging to turn around.

Horrible will never try to stay there again.

nothing the whole experience was bad.

The staff was extremely rude. Yelled at me and accused me of using a fake card when it was locked. They tried to charge my card before I even got to the hotel. When I called to tell him to try it again after I unlocked the card he proceeded to call me out my name and accuse me of using a fake card even after he ran my card for the price of the room. When I told him he already took my money he proceeded to stay I couldn’t stay at the location and that he wouldn’t return my money.

Perfect Little Stop-Over Motel

We have stayed here several times over the years and appreciate the clean rooms, the convenience of parking very close to the room, the fair price, the sense of safety, and having restaurant and coffee choices close by. The innkeeper was pleasant. We find this the perfect little stop-over motel for trips between WA State and CA.

One of the window blinds didn't close all the way down. Not a big deal but should be checked/repaired.

I like that it is not bus uh at all hours of th he night and employees seem to be pleasant

That we had to wait an extra hour and was not able to take a shower before going to work so felt nasty that they they had to see every document th o extend th he stay

Just OK because of the owners attitude.

There was no breakfast & the lobby was closed down. So no coffee in the morning.

They made a big deal about my having more than three bags. There was difficulty communicating in English with them. The housekeeping staff was excellent especially the female who went out of her way to be helpful. The rooms were very nice.

Older hotel, not fancy, but comfortable and very reasonably priced.

The staff was very friendly and resolved any problems immediately and efficiently. Everyone was so nice.

The hotel is older and needs some work, but you can tell that the staff is working hard to make it better.

Overall, a good night's sleep for a decent price.

This is located near the freeway, but the noise was acceptable, and there are plenty of resources around the hotel, as well as a quick on and off. The gentleman was quite nice at check in, and the room was very clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel, with funky furniture and dark carpet, but it was actually cleaner than a recent other hotel stay at a more expensive place. Completely clean is my goal during the pandemic! I also was able to Door Dash my dinner, which was nice since I was traveling alone. I asked for the 2nd floor, which is more quiet, and that was great.

The carpet was older and a little questionable = couldn't tell if it was really cleaned well, but I just wore my flip flops! Parking is tight, especially with my bigger truck, but it worked!

Fair, but needs some TLC

Good location to most restaurants, gas stations. Friendly front desk. Assisted with a small issue

Needs some up keeping. The A/C was cold, but never shut off. It came with a remote control, but it didn’t work. You need 2 remotes to work the tv.the pillows are hard and the bed is soft and lumpy. No curtains to block out the outside light, only blinds. The photo was taken at night with all light off in the room.
