The location was perfect. The room was perfect size just for me and my husband.
The staff checking us in was such a poor representation of the hotel. She had short shorts showing her behind, front zipper of shorts open and was drinking alcohol. Loud both nights we were there and I got no sleep Saturday night and had to get up early for a church event. I felt miserable and upset paying for a place that I thought I could be comfortable at. Also need laundry services. And coffee maker in the room would be great.

Outstanding location one block from the boardwalk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite spacious room ("deluxe king") with sitting area and kitchenette. Clean. Got a deal so it was overall an excellent value. We were also able to park on the property as soon as we arrived (well before check-in time) and stay parked there after we checked out until we left town later that day, which was very convenient. Plenty of hot water (I mention because other reviewers said they had a problem with this).
Room lacked what I would consider standard amenities, e.g. coffeemaker and coffee, shampoo/conditioner (there was soap), and, considering there was a large sink, microwave, mini fridge, and small dining table, I would have expected at least a couple of sets of silverware and mugs, but there was nothing. I also concur with other reviewers that the light in the kitchenette and bathroom turns on automatically at full brightness when you walk in, which was annoying at night.

The newly renovated room was very nice
The staff at night was not very helpful. The shower was partially broken. The toilet didn’t flush as well. Had to hold down the handle. You were only given one pillow.
