Great location. Right in Cabot Trail.
Was looking forward to the restaurant on site, but it’s closed. Perhaps it’s seasonal, but September is still busy on the Cabot Trail

Very clean, great location, comfortable beds.
Staff was not available by phone, internet didn't work, no streaming due to WiFi, no cold water at sink, bath/shower faucets leak. In general bathroom facilities need renovation.
