It was fine, but the hotel definitely needs work

It was easy to check in & out & handling my service dog was easy. It was quiet

The room was dirty still. Trash was behind the curtains of the window. Crumbs from the previous people were just wiped onto the floor. The tv barely had a strong enough signal to consistently play something. The pull out couch smelled awful & there were no protective covering over it. The extra table in the room was broken & pushed under to make it seem like it was functioning.

Disappointing

The bed was comfy and the staff was all really nice they allowed you to make waffles and stuff past the normal breakfast time and that was awesome cause we slept in 1 of the 3 day

The hot tub didn't work there was a wood roach in the room and was offered the room next door like that was gonna make a difference lol 😅 but it was OK they didn't have many food options

I would not stay again.

I loved how the property had easy access to stores and restaurants.

The room was not clean. It had a horrible smell when walking in. the bedsheets were dirty, they had stains, a vape was found in the pull out couch and the bath tub was dirty. it had trash floating around.

I wouldn't advise anybody to stay there. For what they charge per night, it's not worth it.

I liked the bathroom, it was pretty spacious with a big mirror.

The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress leaned really bad, and the hotel used old magazines to try and level off the bed but that didn't work. My fiance and I had to sleep the opposite of the headboard. Very uncomfortable.

It was fair hopefully I don’t experience that again this is my favorite hotel and don’t ever want to have to change from

It was the same as any other time

My room had roaches never had a problem like that before and housekeeping came in before my check out time never experienced that before neither it felt I was being rushed out

Poor

Location was good

The tiolet was rocky. The pull out bed was dirty. I asked for extra blanket and they told me they didn’t have anymore. The rooms need updating.

I liked the kitchen and how big the room was. It was a nice place to stay for the value.

The place could use some better upkeep but it is the end of summer and most construction at hotels in south texas takes place during winter

Everthing that glitters isn't gold!!

I liked that the room was filled with items needed. It made it feel like s residence and not just a hotel.

I didn't like that there was mold in my room, it had a smell upon arrival, the food wasn't properly cooked and that's dangerous. I had to go recook it in my room. And I especially didn't appreciate being mislead. I booked the room to relax in the hot tub.. there was no working hot tub. I wouldn't have booked if I knew that.. I feel cheated!! The staff was however very friendly and perfessional.

Everyone was great and helpful

The smell of mold in room and hallway. Hallway also was nasty looking walls need to be painted floor need to be pulled up redone .Under frig.need cleaning in room you can look down the side and see how old and nasty it is.

Don't waste your Money!!!

The location

Everything else. No cart when I got there. No cart when I left. Had to make trips back and forth to get all my stuff in my room and car. They give me a laundry cart to put my things in. REALLY 😡 These hotel is a -9 This use to be a nice place to stay, but now it's so run down. I should be given my money back.

Disappointing

I liked when I left...

Our room was not up to part. The housekeeper lied on us. the bathroom door got stuck, and it took them literally 2 hours to come see about it. For the price I paid, I was expecting better. They only have 1 elevator, which was scary. My kids wouldn't even get on it.
