I was genuinely impressed with this hotel. The property is extremely clean, well-maintained, and has a polished, upscale feel that you don’t usually expect in this area. From check-in to checkout, everything felt smooth and professional.
The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen and living area that made it feel more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. Housekeeping and maintenance clearly stay on top of things.
The staff was outstanding — friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything needed. They made the stay feel easy and stress-free, which is huge when traveling for work or staying multiple days.
The property itself is quiet, safe, and relaxing. It’s a great place to unwind after a long day, while still being close to everything you need in the area.
Overall, this stay felt more like a high-end coastal destination hotel than a typical extended-stay property. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Port Arthur for business or long-term stays.

Property was clean, staff was nice and the only gripe would be the pillows were too overstuffed. So hard on my neck.

Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very kind & accommodating to my request of needing more than one room key. Once entering our room 218, I noticed everything was clean & smelled lovely. The a/c unit kept our room very nice and COLD! The only thing that needs attention is that there was not hot water at the kitchen sink and the faucet was very loose. Loved how comfy the atmosphere & beds were. The bathroom was so nice and had plenty of essentials in the event any were forgotten to pack. I would recommend that pest control be called out due to there were ants EVERYWHERE outside. My son did go to pool to swim, but he got out due to it being filthy. Breakfast was tasty and the times(5:30 am-9:30am) that it was available was very appreciated. Ms. Tiffany was absolutely precious and was always friendly. The other front desk lady (didn't catch her name) was very friendly as well and always had cookies out with a smile on her face.
Overall rating would be a 10!
