Very accommodating, pleasantly surprised to have key ready and waiting at my arrival. Staff are happy to help with anything. Room was awesome and bed was extremely comfortable. Shower needs more pressure but was good. Bathroom lighting is great.
Jacuzzi at pool inoperable from broken switch. Pool needed to be cleaned. Bedroom lighting had to be turned on at lamps but was sufficiently bright.

Breakfast was good except for coffee, coffee was cold! And very weak!! I made a cup in my room but I don’t like the keurig pods as well as brewed coffee
Better coffee!
The pool looked terrible, I had planned on swimming, as it turned out we didn’t have time, but the pool was nasty so I wouldn’t have gone swimming if I had time.

The location
The check in process was not easy and the room was over powered with a cleaning smell, which gave me an asthma attack.
