Its a great family operated motel very clean, very comfortable loved the history of it.

We came late but check in area was welcoming and lit up. There was the phone with instructions to call a number for check in and a nice gentleman answered the phone and was very nice, approved check out at 12 with no problem.
The room is huge, retro cabin style, my first thought was maybe I should book another night and I almost did, but our schedule was tight and we had to stay just overnight.
Room was clean, towels were fresh and not usual white, but cozy beige and we liked it a lot.
PRICE - Saturday night on a Labor Day weekend was around 87 dollars with taxes. unbelievable!
For this price/quality/location ratio I liked EVERYTHING!

Did not have breakfast.
The place could use a remodel, the room smelled like pinesole. The place was clean, but just so old looking.
