Great location right outside the park with a beautiful view from the backyard chairs. Contactless checkin/checkout.
The bathroom sink was clogged. Only two choices for breakfast. The wife thought things could have been a bit cleaner.

Nice grounds on hill top to roam and feel out in red rock country. Great room size and hot tub on back covered deck. Breakfast was decent.
Stayed 2 nights, 1 morning kind of noisy with talking outside at 6am right below our open windows as excursion trip was loading up ( owner of b&b does side trip excursions too). Furniture on balcony could be cleaned and maybe upgraded a touch.
