What a beautiful establishment, the staff were incredibly polite and lovely. The kids loved her accent and kept finding reasons to go to reception. Great room size and setting. The beds were comfortable.

The location of the place is probably one of the best attributes. That is both in its closeness to the Park and the town. Also, the views of the cliffs around it. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the place is well taken care of.
My only issue was the bed was a bit soft.

Friendly staff. Clean room. One side of the building has nice views. The other doesn't. If they aren't full, they seem to put everyon on the view side. Upstairs rooms have the views. The groud level rooms look at parked cars.
The AC is old and wall mounted beneath the window. It didn't get that cold, more like cool. It turns on and off at a much higher temp that stated. Extremely loud and terribly disruptive to sleeping. It would get super hot before it would kick on even though we set it at 65. If it wasn't the sweat that would wake me, it was the loud sound of the AC kicking on way too late into the warm up cycle. Sweat, freeze, loud, repeat. Worst night of sleep on our month long roadtrip. I tried turning the fan to high and auto so it wouldn't kick on all the time but neither setting helped the noise cycling.
