The room was very clean except for some black spots on the wall above the shower enclosure. The property manager Jamal Banks was friendly, informative, and efficient. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Our first room had an issue - the air conditioner was not working, and the room smelled a bit musty/mildewy as a result. There were also a few visible stains on the bedding. When I brought the concerns to Judy at the front desk, she was very apologetic and went to work getting us a different room. The only other room of the same configuration (we needed a room that could sleep 6) was occupied, so Judy put us in the extra large suite upstairs, which was very clean, overly spacious, and had a well-functioning A/C unit, for no additional charge. It was a great relief, as there were no other vacancies in town, and it made our one-night stay very enjoyable. THANKS AGAIN JUDY!!
