We stayed in the family suite. It was modern, clean and upgraded. We enjoyed our stay. It fit our large family
The price is a little more than I would expect for 1 night in the area. But we did stay over a holiday weekend so not sure if that contributed. However I would still stay here again

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the whole town of Bicknell and only a short drive to Boulder Mountain and then on to Bryce National Park. The rural town is really quiet, so you can relax.
The mattress was mushy, and the room kinda smelled -- but I got used to the smell after a few minutes. I was a little surprised by the additional $25 charge for my dog to sleep in the "pet friendly" room. The threadbare towels were paper thin, but I guess some people like that.
