Located in Deschutes River Woods, this charming house for $295 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This riverside home is perfect for a relaxing get-a-way with family or friends. One of the bedrooms has king bed and view of the river another has a queen bed with a river view. The 2nd guest bedroom has a double bed with twin bunk on top and a twin trundle and is a perfect set up for kids. Perfect for Families/Entertaining: Great room includes flat screen television, full kitchen with refrigerator microwave and oven, counter that seats 4, fold-a-way dining room table that seats six and living room area with gas fireplace. The entire gang can easily cook, play cards and visit together in one great room. The house has high-speed wireless internet and one television with expanded cable channels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need, microwave, wine glasses, blender, crockpot, coffee maker. We even provide puzzles and board games. Enjoy the BBQ on the deck or relax in the hammock just a few feet from the beautiful Deschutes River. Perfect Location: The house is situated just a few feet from the Deschutes River to provide a relaxing get-a-way. All the while you are just a ten minute drive from Bend's Mill District, and downtown with its restaurants, shopping and outdoor concerts!

Beautiful home!!! We spent hours every day in the backyard watching the river and the dogs on the trail across the way. Everything inside was clean and nice.
I found the rules overbearing. A lot of things that felt more for a family friend asking for favors instead of a home I was paying money for. Things like watering the plants, replacing and buying coffee for future guests, etc.

We loved ourt stay. Relaxing and enjoyable. It had everything we were looking for...quiet views of the river for extended slow mornings with our coffee and books.
15 minute drive to downtown bend. 20 minute drive to Sunriver Village.
Ammenities were just what we needed... kitchen is well supplied. Roku players with access to netflix, amazon prime and hulu. The place was clean and comfortable.
Only surprises were the swiftness of the river at this spot...it fairly shallow with lots of rocks, so not ideal for swimming or boating. And the other was accessing the house the first time with the driveway situation. Its off the beaten path (which is awesome) but it was difficult to discern which private dirt/gravel driveway we were supposed to take out of 3 options. We arrived in the dark which made it more confusing. Makes a lot more sense in the daylight. But both of these are minor issues for us and easy to adapt to.
Debbie is a fantastic host. Quick to respond and easy to communicate.

Our Family had a great time at this hidden gem. The house is very livable and comfortable. Our 2 boys loved catching crawdads and fishing in the river. The wildlife was abundant. We look forward to our next visit.

Perfectly lovely place to stay on the Deschuttes River. Peaceful, comfortable, close enough to town, nicely stocked kitchen and baths, comfortable beds. All good. My favorite thing was morning coffee outside and watching the dogs (and their people) parade on the trail across the river every day. Others in our group loved plunging in the river daily (Brrr).

The layout of the house was great for us. We gave the Master KING sz bedrm to our daughter and her 6'4" hubby. That way we were across the hall from our grandson in a pack n play. Debbie was great with communications. We had no issues. The house has more kitchen pans, pots, dishes, appliances than we could possibly need. LOTS of spices oils, etc. The view is the BEST from BOTH main bedrooms and the living area including kitchen!! AWESOME trip/vacation. Thank you Debbie and Sister!!

My husband and I and our 2 adult children and son's girlfriend spent 5 nights at this beautiful space. Surrounded by majestic trees on the banks, literally, of the Deschutes River, this little cabin nestled in all of it, was perfect for a family Christmas. So peaceful, tranquil views from the bedroom, living and kitchen area with the snow. We also saw deer in the back of the house one morning up on a bank. Everything was very comfortable. Close enough to Bend for shopping, etc., but far enough away to feel "away".

Great house and great property. I would love to visit again when it's a bit warmer to enjoy more activities on the river. We still managed to pull a few crawfish out of the river and saw a plethora of Deer around the area.

The home was even better than the photos online. It was clean, not cluttered, with cozy comfortable decor, serene setting, and literally at the river. We couldn’t have been happier.

The house is comfortable and sits right on the river. It’s right across the river from a great dog park that we used everyday. Great for sitting and drinking your coffee while watching the river and people/dog watching. Plus nice for fly fishing.

We all had an amazing time! The river is beautiful and surrounding area is very quiet. The house needed a deep cleaning, dishes and bedding was not clean. Some of the amenities like the BBQ was not working correctly and the washing machine kept trying to keep our clothes locked up. However... it was still amazing and would stay again. Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Great people and dog watching from the back yard/patio. Fishing wasn't great, need fly fishing gear to cast where the fish are. Kids won't find much to play with so bring entertainment. Kitchen was well stocked. One of the best features was electric reclining couches with USB ports for charging your devices :-)

This home exceeded all our expectations! There were a few things I wasn’t sure about based on past reviews - but everything was perfect! Upgraded King bed in master, plenty of sitting room for the 6 people we had with us, kitchen was well stocked with all appliances we needed (blender, toaster, coffee pot). The river was beautiful - we spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard - watching the ducks, listening to the birds, watching the hikers across the river, looking for critters! The house feels like you are in the middle of nowhere … but it is just a short drive to Bend - 5 minutes. We had our 2 college boys and their girlfriends … we had plenty of room for everyone to play games, watch tv, cook,read and relax. We will definitely be back. There were no issues, nothing I would change - this is a total gem!

My Hubs & I spent the Christmas holiday in this lovely place! The setting is stunning ESPECIALLY with the snow!… the River… the Wildlife… the quiet!! I wish I could post a picture… it was that beautiful! We were there to be with family in Bend/Redmond and planned for all to be there for Christmas Day… but alas… too much snow for everyone to navigate the long, narrow, switchback driveway! Even walking down with food.., prezzies… and a wee new baby would have been too much! We have a 4X4 Diesel Grand Cherokee… and dropping down was a little slick even in low-4. SOOO plan B… which was just fine… as we loved having it all to ourselves! All that said… CAN NOT say enough wonderful things about this lovely home! Wanna go back… wanna buy the place!

We had an awesome gathering at this beautiful river cabin. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and the setting gorgeous. The cabin included all the comforts of home and was well thought out. We hope to come back for a midway gathering again in the summer and float the river in the warm weather. The snow on the river was amazing!

The house is right on the Deschutes River in a very quiet area, yet a very short drive into Bend and all it has to offer. Across the river is a trail used by people and their dogs, and we enjoyed watching many of the dogs jump into the river and play. Very relaxing.

The view is what it’s all about! Relaxing outside by the river. The home is one level, spread out, handicap accessible, and very roomie. Never stayed at a more stocked up home! Felt like I was staying at our family home and mom left supplies! There is no air conditioning and the fans are great but not enough in warm afternoons so plan activities away. Some have complained in their reviews about watering the plants or the garbages at the top of the hill… when you stay consider yourself family and help mom out, she’s left the house we’ll stocked it’s the least you can do! We would for sure stay again!

The spot on the River was great! Private and a very peaceful spot on the River. Was immediately able to see it upon opening the front Door. Upon setting up in the house, however... a lot of personal effects. Personal family pictures and stuffed animals, etc. Also, the kitchen was stocked, but over cluttered, and had the feel of not being deep cleaned in awhile. The space itself was great. Good layout and the bathrooms and bedrooms worked for our family. The master bed was very old and that was tough to sleep in. My kids loved the living room chairs =). The fireplace was wonderful and welcome. Fridge and freezer has used items in it and there was a note about being able to use them, which with current covid stuff and whatnot was a huge turnoff. The outside was awesome tho, and we spent quite a bit of time near the side of the river. The location is perfect and beyond compare. I would stay there again, but would like a little more cleanliness.

Top notch, can't wait to re-book.If you're a river-person, this rental is a compete no-brainer. Pulling up and walking to the back yard gave to a view of an absolutely gorgeous bend of the Deschutes River. Absolutely gorgeous, a complete and priceless luxury.For those who like to walk and hike, opportunities abound. Fishing too. The size was just perfect for us if not roomy, with my wife and I in the queen master (we're used to a king but the queen was fine and comfortable), our 2 kids in half the offered bunks, and my father in the other private room.The house kitchen was well equipped and attractive, and throughout the house plentiful windows never let the guest feel far from the beautiful river-bend.One of the best VRBOs we've ever found. Enjoy.

If you expect granite countertops and fancy furniture then this place isn’t for you. However if you want a comfortable place you can take your dogs, to relax right on the river then this is the place! My husband and I brought our dog and enjoyed it completely. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There was ice and a bit of snow on the ground so we didn’t stray far from the house but we loved just sitting on the deck wrapped in a blanket watching the river. The view is breathtaking. The gas fireplace was lit and toasty when we arrived making everything so cozy.The negatives: no king bed in the master-not a big deal but the bed was really, really soft with a dip in the middle and I had to go sleep on the couch finally. We were also asked to take the rolling garbage can up to the paved road on Sunday. The driveway was steep and icy, we needed the 4 wheel drive just to go down so we just took our tiny bit of garbage home with us. I don’t think a guest should be asked to do this. Also parking is tight with a 4x4 truck. And just a note for your cleaner, the inside of the oven is really dirty and smoked up the house when we preheated for our dinner. The rest of the house was very clean!! Over all we loved it and hope to come back in the summer.
