Nestled in Estes Park, this attractive condo for $139 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. (6026) Owner operated! Affordable luxury and great downtown location, open year round! On the bottom floor (wheelchair ramp is not available yet), this is a 2BR, 2BA loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river. Newly furnished, this unit sleeps between 2 adults in the loft upstairs and 2 adults in the bedroom located downstairs. Also 1 adult or 1 child can sleep in the living room in front of the fire place. Two full baths for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). Condo has a fully equipped kitchen, Coffee Pot, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, pots and pans. All you need to bring is your food, your favorite recipes and special spices/ingredients. Full sized washer and dryer are provided as well and the loft has also beautiful sky lights that makes the place bright all year round. There are also shades if you don’t want to be woken up by the morning light and sun. WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels. Walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in the winter. Area family activities include: hiking, horseback riding, fishing, wildlife watching, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, local festivals, art shows, movie theater, miniature golf, swimming and much more. Estes Park also provides a wide variety of shopping opportunities, including many local art galleries and restaurants, including its very own Estes Park Brewery. Free shuttle service to town and RMNP is available just steps from our door all summer long. With only a couple minutes to downtown Estes and less than a 2 mile drive to the park entrance, this loft has the perfect location to meet all your vacation needs. ***We highly advise every traveler to purchase cancellation insurance, in case you need to cancel before your trip. We will honor our cancellation policy.*** Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation. There is no refund if the cancellation is made less then 30 days upon arrival. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this condo. It made everything in Estes walkable and the fireplace was amazing! Our hosts had everything we could need in the kitchen and throughout the entire place. The hospitality and cleanliness were top notch. I would recommend this place for a family of 4 looking for a quick getaway.

This place was fantastic! Nice and cozy, great decor. We’ve stayed in Estes several times and this is by far one of the coziest and best decorated and you can not beat the location if you are wanting to stay downtown. The only criticism I have is it could be cleaned just a little better, or perhaps looked through more thorough. There was a kids sized sock left in the closet on the main floor bedroom and when we moved the ottoman there were some toys and a few chips underneath. This in no way takes away from the property though. I look forward to staying there in the future.

The apartment was clean and as listed. It is very close to the shops, restaurants and holiday lighting displays. The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. The furnishing were good quality and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this townhouse. There was plenty of room for our small group of women. It is right by the shopping but we never ventured out since it was very windy and cold. The owners were very responsive. Thanks for sharing we had a great time.

Condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. Had a nice ambience, was warm and clean. Appreciated the beautiful fireplace, small electrics and washer and dryer. Unit was a minute from downtown Estes where we can enjoy the many shops and restaurants. Property manager was very responsible when we had a TV issue and it was fixed immediately. Will stay there again. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and my daughter (one night) from North Carolina.

Our long weekend in Estes Park was awesome, the condo was an awesome place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room was spacious and the 2 bedrooms were plenty big. The location is perfect for walking around downtown, each morning was a nice, easy walk to go grab coffee and each night was a nice walk through the Christmas lights downtown. Really enjoyed our time there and hope to come back and rent this same place soon!

Can't beat the location, very clean, easy to checkin, great amenities and comfortable beds. Not the owner's problem, but the road in front of the building was under construction. They work 24/7 and it was hard to sleep hearing the loud machinery all night long. Besides that, the place was great!

The lofts property was a very nice rental! The property is in a fantastic location to be able to walk downtown. The rental itself was great but the city is doing road construction on the street in front of the building and the traffic was heavier than expected. The construction crew worked at night to avoid the crowds which is smart however not at 10pm till 7am right outside the window! I understand that this needs to happen in order to keep construction going but it was a very unpleasant surprise! Tearing up the road and dumping concrete in a dump truck wasn’t the relaxing evening we expected. Hopefully the repairs are done soon for anyone renting this cool place in the future!

Location is very walkable construction happening right out side the building making parking difficult & noisy. Decor could use an update. Only a few coffee pods for a 2 day stay. Door lock was difficult to operate.

We had a wonderful stay while we were in town for a week-day wedding. The location is close to down town and we were able to easily walk to the venue (Sky View at Fall River Village). The space accommodated the 4 of us very well, and we were appreciative of the owner for allowing a slightly earlier check in so we could get ready before our event.

Condo is in a great location in Estes Park. Had a couple of issues, but having a very responsive host, he took care of the problem while we were hiking in RMNP. Afterwards he invited us to Dinner & drinks for our inconvenience. Unfortunately with our schedule we weren't able to take him up on his offer, but just the generous offer told us what a great host he is! Definitely would stay again!

Great location, easy walk into town a block away. Outdoor seating. If you can figure out how to light the gas fireplace outdoors would be great even in winter. Only downfall is that its a basement unit, limited windows.

Lovely apartment. Did get quite warm and the air conditioning unit upstairs was not working properly. May need replaced. Also either the king bed matress or bed frame needs fixed in the master bedroom. It was terrible to sleep on. Other than that, the place was lovely and had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Thank you again!
