Facing southwest and perched 190 feet above the Pacific Ocean, this home will give you unobstructed, unforgettable views of the Oregon coastline, White Water Cove, the sea stacks and Bird Island,. You will have direct access to two private trails to a spectacular, secluded beach where you will explore the tide pools, Rainbow Rock, caves and the rock formations. This private gated community provides a peaceful, secure setting for your romantic or family vacation. The living room has exotic solid acacia and parota wood furnishings. You will sink yourself into one of the reclining chairs to enjoy a 65" Samsung Smart TV with DVD/CD Player, Internet Speed 500+ Mbps & Complimentary WiFi. From the living room, dining room or on the patio deck you can see the ocean and watch for whales migrating in season. Use our binoculars and look for the sea and river otters in the surf. Check out the rock formations and islands all around you. The skylights in the entry and hallway fill the condo with bright natural light creating a relaxing ambiance. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and all of our art and sculptures which compliment this property. The bathrooms have been completely remodeled. Absolutely loved our stay at White Water Cove. Irene and Dennis are wonderful hosts that were very responsive. The location could not be better. In town, but far enough out to feel more private. The space is immaculate and has everything you need. The views are incredible. Sunrise and Sunsets were magnificent. The private beach was awesome!! Spent most mornings and evenings on the beach. The location of the property was even better. State park boundary is just north of the property. You can connect to the OCT trail right outside and to the north of the property. From there, it's miles and miles of Oregon Coastal beauty. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and private retreat with beautiful scenery. Lovely in every way. The condo is clean, organized and has everything one needs. Close proximity to redwoods and coastal hikes as well as groceries and healthcare. This is a little paradise!

Dennis and Irene have made the condo into a very nice place for a vacation. My husband and I came for a week by the beach and enjoyed many nights reading on the deck and listening to the waves right in front of us. The condo itself is clean, bright and spacious. The property is quiet and neighbors are friendly! We greatly enjoyed our time there and will definitely return in the future.

Quite simply, the view alone is breathtaking, and I can't imagine ever tiring of it. There's something so peaceful about it. If you're looking for a true vacation, this cannot be beat! The condo is very well stocked with everything you might possibly need for your stay, especially the kitchen. The short hike down to the ocean beach offers even more fantastic views and once on the beach, Rainbow Rock is a spectacle to see with it's walk-through tunnel (safest to attempt at lower tide) is just phenomenal. As if that weren't enough, the hosts/owners Irene & Dennis are lovely people and very attentive to anything you need. JUST BOOK IT!

Very clean and felt like high end condo. Choices in Brookings, Crescent City are limited, but this was very nice and away from the traffic, and people. Kitchen was very well equipped.

The condo was very comfortable, private and quiet. The view amazing. Everything you need for a getaway is here. Check in and check out are easy. The area beaches are easy to get to and close by. The beach access from the condo however is not easy. It gets very steep and slippery but has a rope railing to hold onto. If your looking for a quiet place to stay with a beautiful view, stay here.

White Water Cove did not disappoint. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and pillows. My daughter and I played games in the evenings while taking in the beauty of the coast. View absolutely amazing! So comfortable - felt at home. Check in incredibly easy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Will definitely return! Thanks to the Sweeney’s for making it a wonderful stay!

The condo is very clean with comfortable furnishings. The patio has a spectacular view of the coast and the beach below the condos was my favorite on the southern Oregon Coast. We really enjoyed being away from town yet close enough to drive in for groceries or go to dinner. Irene was super nice & communicative!

Very organized and perfect for our purposes. Access to the beach was wonderful. View of rocky coast was beautiful and relaxing. Close to many attractions. Kitchen had everything we need to prepare some of our own meals. Deck was wonderful to sit on, and read and watch the beach..

Practically private beach
Upon arrival we discovered the code for the door did not work. We called and the problem was fixed immediately!! We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine.
The view takes your breath away! The condo was very clean and well laid out. We met friends and stayed for 4 nights. Time we spent in the condo (not sleeping) was spent on the deck looking at the ocean and beach!! Trails to the beach and the beach itself were amazing!!

Our stay at White Water Cove was amazing! The moment you enter the condo you are drawn to the amazing postcard views of the ocean. You can see the ocean for miles and it is breathtaking. Working with Irene and Dennis could not have been easier. They made us feel very welcomed at their condo. We were even welcomed with a bottle of wine! The condo was spotless. It was obvious that they tend to the condo and their quests very well. There is an easy walking path down to the beach that was just amazing. Once you get down to the beach it's as though you are in a different world. Breathtaking views! There is also a hiking path, which we learned about from one of the friendly neighbors that is on the complex. We hiked the path up to some pretty incredible views of the ocean. The town in quaint and friendly. We ate at some of the local restaurants and were very pleased with the food. Overall this condo I would give it five stars!

We went down almost every day for the kids to play in the water. At low tide you can go in the cave and see tons of starfish and crabs. The weather was cool but not cold. We loved it!

Excellent stay even among unideal circumstances
This is an amazing location and Dennis and Irene were supportive and had excellent communication. With circumstances beyond their control, we were without water for a few days. They did everything they could to make our stay amazing. I highly recommend this property.

Camera Surprise?
The home and view are absolutely beautiful. The host attention to details made our stay very special. Super clean. So much to do on site as well as in surrounding area within 30-40 minutes. What I didn't appreciate was discovering they had a camera on the outside balcony. A piece of wood covers from seeing directly inside Condo living space. I thought it was possibly the Complex placing camera for outside security, so when walking to the beach we specifically looked to see if camera's were stationed in various places in the complex. Unfortunately they were not. An internal question I had asked myself multiple times. "Are there hidden camera's in this place." I think not but was still a thought that didn't allow complete relaxation during our stay. I understand having a vacation home is a large investment and risky when renting to those you don't know. Therefore, having a camera to protect your home would seem important. What I didn't appreciate was this was not disclosed on the website or anywhere. We have nothing to hide but would have been nice to have known in advance there was a camera on property to make a judgement call if we desire to stay or not.

Lovely!
This property is one of the most well stocked vacation rentals I have stayed in and I travel a lot. The view from the main room is breathtaking and the beach access is amazing as we spent a lot of time there.
Only thing to be aware of is that if you like sleeping with windows open, then you will hear the highway sound pretty clearly.
We had a great stay and would love to visit again.
