the value is great and it's located in the heart of waterloo university, you can't get much better than that.
The room is abit small and the renovation is a bit dated, but that's expected.

The location is good and it’s easy to find transportation near the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you!!
This time around the heater wasn’t working well. The whole night, it was cold and lately it’s been happening that whenever we book the room there’s always something missing like body wash was empty, no tissue paper or toilet paper, and no sugar for the coffee 🤷🏻♀️. I really appreciate that we are always welcomed with clean rooms but small details matter as much.
