The breakfast buffet was by far the best hotel buffet we've encountered. Made to order omelets and crepes, a hot table with a large variety of foods to choose from, a cold table complete with fruit and yogurt parfaits, good selection of breads and sweet rolls, coffee on the table. Wonderful!

Comfortable bed , nice to have both fridge and microwave , Aqua restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast ! Menu options for dinner were good at a reasonable price and the free breakfast buffet was awesome ! The hotel and restaurant staff were great !
Room was always cold , HVAC controls had no effect on temperature. We were given a room on the same floor as some kind of kids tournament , very noisy but was okay later on in the day. The smell of chlorine in the lobby and restaurant area was almost too much ! Better ventilation to the outside is required , we could even smell it on the fourth floor at the elevators ! The shower worked poorly and both shampoo and conditioner bottles contained shampoo . The TV channel options were only so-so .

Cleanliness and friendly staff
Parking fees should have been charged for two night stay not three days.

Hotel was convenient and very good location for an event we were attending in the downtown area. The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. The rooms had lots of amenities, fridge, keurig, microwave, we liked the balcony as we had fresh air.
Outdoor area where you park your vehicle to go and check in is very small and gets easily congested blocking you in, Entrance Is only accessible by entering from one direction. Cannot access driveway from opposite side of road. We reserved 4 rooms, 2 of our rooms were not ready for 3pm check-in and we actually had to wait for 90 minutes for them to be ready. The rooms were clean, although we did find something we needed to call housekeeping to come and remove so that didnt convince us as to how clean they actually were, but we were only staying the one night for our event so it was fine . In 2 of our rooms the toilets did run constantly which was annoying but otherwise the rooms were comfortable and nice.
