This 'TRUE' SKI-IN/SKI-OUT Saddlewood Luxury Townhouse is as close to perfect as it gets! Literally located on the trail, ski/board downhill 20 seconds and you are on the Snowflake Chairlift, which will take you to Base 8 or 9 - no need to carry your equipment. (Easy return home for lunch) In the Summer, no need to drive to a hike the hiking trails are at the front door. Competitive Rates! The best value for your vacation dollar! Exceptional townhouse for those who appreciate views, extra amenities and location (located on the slopes and only 2.5 blocks from town). Gorgeous and immaculate, open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings. Private wooded area with mountain views in an upscale neighborhood. One of the largest one bedrooms in Breck with over 800 square feet. King mattress new last year. Quiet with only two other units attached. Designated parking. Sleeps 2 to 4 Adults comfortably! Master suite with a NEW king bed. The Living Room has a daybed with two NEW twin mattress. This provides for two separate sleep areas each with its own full size tiled bathroom (perfect for 2 couples or parents & children). Take a mid-day ski break and come home for lunch, ski/board directly to the private entrance. After a day on the slopes return to relax your muscles in your own private outdoor hot tub with ski trail and mountain views (just 5 steps out the door). Town is a short walk, drive or shuttle ride (shuttle stop 1 block away). However, if you decide to eat-in, you will find a spacious modern gourmet and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, alder cabinets, kitchen table and a breakfast bar. We had a wonderful stay here. Snowflake is just a stone’s throw away! Soooo easy. It’s 100% ski-in as well but just a bit more effort (particularly for snowboarders). The hot tub was so fun for the kids and the unit was very well outfitted (especially with towels). Nathan and Cheryl were awesome too! They definitely care about your comfort. Their suggestion to use Charter Rentals is absolutely on point! They were so kind and helpful in getting the right rental fit. Someone accidentally took my daughter’s ski on her first day of ski school. Nearly a week later and there’s still no sign of them but the folks at Charter didn’t make a stick about it at all!!! Told us not to worry about it and that the most important thing was that my daughter had skis to use. I mean, what?! Amazing. We hope you have just as a wonderful time as we have.

What an amazing place to stay. Very convenient and literally step off your patio and click in and you are on your way. My teenagers found it very easy to come and go throughout the day. The host is very responsive and the place is even better than it looks in the pictures. Clean, well maintained. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that our boys each had their own bed with the trundle. Plenty of sheets and towels provided. The kitchen is well equipped and can't beat the views from the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!

I do agree with a previous comment that some additional hooks on the walls to hang bibs, pants, coats, helmets, would be a great add!

This is our third stay at this property. Cheryl and Nate are wonderful hosts. They are responsive and personable. The condo is always clean and well stocked. The location is ideal! You can keep an eye on the line for the snowflake lift from the comfort of the couch! Then snap on your skis and you're there in less than a minute! Coming back, on snowflake requires some ski-skating in a few spots, but the scenary is so beautiful it's nice to slow down and take it all in! The condo is on the end, so no one is skiing right in front of it, and it feels a bit more private that others nearby. The hot tub is clean and right off the back door- perfect after a long day of skiing! We love this condo and the ease of working with the hosts makes it our favorite, and we'll continue to come back until our family out grows it!

We liked this condo and would stay again. It is below ground (from the street) so be prepared to walk up/down outdoor steps with luggage/supplies. The parking spot is outdoors as well. It is GREAT for ski out, but the ski in does require some poling/walking. Very convenient for good ski/board rental place in Blue Sky building next door and lift tickets at the base of the Snowflake lift. Walking to center of town is about a mile and not bad on the way there - all downhill. For older or weaker guests, the uphill back is more difficult. The hot tub was great and serviced quickly when we called. The kitchen had pretty much everything you could expect and the washer and dryer were terrific. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would consider it again when returning to Breck!

This time we had a mishap with our car and the HOA doing plowing of the parking lot. Nathan handled it very professionally and made sure that we were taken care of and able to enjoy our two days of skiing.
Also, the private hot tub is an amazing perk and something you won’t find at most rentals. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property during our ski trip at Breckenridge. The condo was so convenient and close to the lift that we didn’t have to rush every morning to catch a bus or load up our car to drive to a crowded parking lot. Made the mornings so incredibly easy and relaxed. We did ski back most afternoons for lunch saving us tons of money on food. The trail back does get pretty flat so there is quite a bit of walking but as soon as you get past the bridge the path is all downhill and a nice easy ski right up to the porch. The private hot tub was amazing to soak our sore muscles and relax. I think my only complaint was the neighbors above us. Sounded like a heard of elephants moving furniture at 2 am and we could hear their tv blaring every night. The sound system would thump the walls. So we just put on some white noise on our phones which helped and we were able to fall asleep. The condo was so perfect and had everything we could possibly need including a crockpot! 🥰 The owners were super easy to get in touch with and there was lots of info provided in a nice binder for us. Will definitely stay again!! Thanks for the wonderful vacation!!

Having a private hot tub made relaxing easy after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was well appointed. A suggestion is that we could have used more hooks for hanging towels and helmets and ski stuff. Very pleasant stay for a couple. We especially enjoyed having a bathroom for each of us - no arguments over who got to shower first 😉.
