This newly updated unit affords easy walking or a simple rickshaw ride to top attractions such as the Gibbes Museum, The Market, The South Carolina Aquarium, The Waterfront Park, The Battery and a whole host of other attractions. College roommates getting together for the first time in 20 years. Place was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Never needed an Uber until it was time to head back to the airport!

This unit was perfect for three mature ladies and very centrally located. It is very close to the market and five star restaurants. The only negative is that there are some serious issues with the hot water. Most of the time, there was none. Cold showers are no fun other than that, it was great!

The property was spotless and very nice. The beds both were extremely comfortable. We will definitely book this location again when we come to Charleston. It’s the best location in the center of town and a parking garage right beside of. I have come to Charleston for years and didn’t even know there was a parking garage there. Awesome place. The living space was super comfortable and nice.

This was my first visit to Charleston and I could not have picked a better place to stay! Location was great, so many places nearby to walk to. Very clean apartment and host was very accommodating. I can’t wait to come back and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend booking the Manhattan Suite

Several years ago while staying at our go-to place in Charleston, my husband notice d that above Sticky Fingers there appeared to be condo’s. Since we always stayed across the street and rented 2 rooms (our uncle stayed with us on these trips) we decided to see if staying at the Meeting St was comparable to renting 2 rooms. I’m glad we checked it out! Not only was the price better it actually gave us a nice living area to socialize in rather than everyone hanging out in a courtyard and then going to our separate rooms. Check in was easy, condo was everything we needed and more. Looking forward to reserving again for the 3 of us and now checking into getting the smaller one bedroom condo for my husband and I for the 2-3 extra trips we make to Charleston each year.

Great location and very comfortable apartment! Small kitchenette was all we needed given the abundance of great restaurants. Large bedrooms and living room. Nice rooftop deck shared with restaurant/banquet space but was all ours because we were there mid week. Close to King Street for shopping and Meeting Street & Bay Street for dining! Enjoyed cocktails at The Charleston Place next door. Convenient parking. Overall great stay! We will definitely be back.

Our stay was overall very nice. Location was perfect! The only thing I wish we had had was a washing machine and dryer. It never said it had one, we were just use to having one wherever we stayed. Also, the guests in the other suite didn't close the outside doors which had a code to open so we felt a little less safe. Overall it's a perfect location!!

This location of this condo is absolutely fantastic. Walkable to everything you could want to do. The elevator is brutally slow and the parking garage charged us way more than the daily max, but those two downsides don’t compare to the great location of this place!

Property was as advertised. Communication was clear and the place was clean and convenient to everything. The couple staying in the second room reported a lack of hot water in their bathroom but, other than that, it was a great stay.

Host was excellent, really clean, nice and comfortable. So easy to get to everything downtown, we parked our car and didn't use it for 2 days. Only thing that others might want to know is in the mornings the trash service comes early, so there is no sleeping in, but to be expected in a city. :)

Need to update pictures and outside patio area no as pictured . Minor housekeeping issues, better vacuuming needed, tub mat in master shower needed, I slipped twice and my sister also had issues. Overall very nice visit!

Very nice apartment in an excellent location of the downtown district. There was a lot of construction going on during our stay with a new restaurant going in on the lower level. Once completed, which should be soon per the new owner, it should be a really great place.

Excellent location, near the market and restaurants. VRBO was perfect for us with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Condo was clean and as described in listing. Owner communications was excellent.

Perfect location between Meeting and King Streets- near the Market and great restaurants. Property was very clean and just as pictured- with all basic kitchen supplies we needed for breakfasts and snack in the unit. Great exposed bricks details throughout. Second bathroom was a little lacking in counter space. Was quiet during our stay (even with St Patty’s day partiers) with some daytime noise due to construction happening on ground floor.
