Located in Orange Beach, this charming condo for $642 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to Oasis 1812, formerly known as Phoenix West II, Unit 1812! Relax in this 4-bedroom/4-bathroom, over 2,500 sq. ft. professionally decorated condo that overlooks both the Gulf State Park and the sugar sands of Orange Beach. The first thing you'll notice in this (technically) north-facing unit are the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bonus living area that showcase the miles of white sand beach to the East. Featuring a 60" HD wall mounted flatscreen TV, this is the perfect location to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or let the kids game the night away. The large north-facing balcony overlooks the miles and miles of the Gulf State Park (and, yes, that is the lighted Ferris wheel at the Wharf you see in the distance). The lush greenery is a perfect complement to the coastal cottage decor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a 55" HD wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The master bath features double sinks (including hair dryer), jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, and a large walk-in closet. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are each furnished with King sized beds, a 55" HD wall mounted flatscreen TV and have their own adjoining bathroom with a single-sink (including hair dryer) and a combo bath/shower. The 4th bedroom is also furnished with a king-sized bed and a 55" HD wall mounted flatscreen TV but does not have an adjoining bathroom. Tucked in the closet are 2 roll away beds incase little ones accompany you on your couples' retreat. We also have two sofa sleepers in the living room for sleeping up to 12. Guests also enjoy the full bathroom off the main hallway (that includes a stand-alone shower and access to the full-sized washer and dryer). The well-stocked kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wet bar / icemaker. A large dining table (w/seating for 6). as well as 4 bar stools provide plenty of seating options while dining. Beautiful tile throughout (no carpet). Plus the 60" HD flatscreen TV in the living area, internet-connected Blu-ray player, satellite programming, and included high speed WiFi allow you to be as connected as you want to be. For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock, so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the waterslide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs!! You have covered parking in the garage. There is a state of the art fitness room on the 15th floor with incredible views of the beach and another two hot tubs and saunas on the 14th floor. NO SMOKING allowed inside or OUTSIDE the unit. No pets allowed. Parking: You must purchase parking passes from the front desk upon arrival. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle (a one-time fee that covers your entire stay). Any 4-bedroom unit rented at Oasis guarantees the option to purchase up to two parking passes; the front desk will sell additional passes based upon availability (limited by occupancy of the complex) but, please, do not expect an extra pass during the summer season. MUST be 25 to book!

Beautiful condo. Loved the 1812 unit. Appreciated the comfortable king sized bedding in each room. Our entire family was very pleased. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to easily make a family thanksgiving meal. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

The property was great! Our only suggestions would be to provide more than 1 trash bag, paper towel, toilet paper, etc. It is in the listing that we only got a “starter” but it’d be great if we got more than one set, especially since we had 11 people. Additionally, better lighting on the patio would be great! We tried to play games past dark, but couldn’t because there is such limited lighting. Otherwise, the property and amenities were great! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return again; hopefully sooner rather than later!

Exceptional is the best way I can explain this condo. Plenty of room and great views of the beach. The elevators wasn’t too bad considering it was Labor Day weekend. The kids loved the lazy river and water slide. I actually enjoyed the lazy river as well. The front gate receptionist was very helpful as well. She informed us to park on the highest level for easier access and that worked fine for us. The baskets for groceries and other things were great to eliminate extra trips. No too much noise. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to prepare meals. Run don’t walk if you need to book this condo.

We have been vacationing in the area for over 30 years and over the years we have definitely grown! This condo fit our family nicely. The layout is accommodating: although, it would be nice if a bedroom or two had two beds instead of Kings. This home away from home is tastefully decorated!! Beautiful!

Great place to stay! Great condo and access to beach! Loved the Lazy River! Only one negative for us: You need to allow more than 2 parking passes for big groups! There were plenty of parking spaces available, but could only purchase 2 at check in. Very inconvenient for our family after traveling a long way.

The property was very nice and convenient in terms of amenities. It was on the beach and close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. We had plenty of room in our unit for our large group of 14. It was a fun week! Some things that could have been better were:
-6 elevators serving 32 floors got a little hectic. Sometimes we had to wait 15-20 minutes.
-Parking passes are way overpriced
- Fitness equipment needs better maintenance
- Lazy Susan cupboard door needs attention as well as the stove hood lights.
Overall, our crew enjoyed the week, and the little maintenance issues didn't hamper the fun!

We were very pleased with Phoenix West II 1812. We had 4 couples stay here during a baseball tournament, so having the four king beds was perfect! The beds were very comfortable too! The condo was well stocked and clean. The property manager was easy to communicate with as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great trip with my friends to catch a little bit of Mardi Gras at the beach. The size of the condo and the spacious rooms with king size beds made everyone very comfortable. We all slept well and loved having our own bathrooms. The only problem that we noticed was in one of the bathrooms the pipes in the wall started jack hammering when the hot water was turned on. I am sure maintenance will be able to fix. Highly recommend staying in this unit!

We love Orange Beach and Phoenix West II. The property was very spacious, and three families (of 4 each) fit very comfortable (with everyone having a bed). We loved the two living spaces - one for adults, one for kids. The only downside we had with 1812 was the 4:30 pm check in. Although we enjoyed the property when we did arrive, wish we could've got into the condo earlier. The check in and out process was simple, with no issues. The night before we were to check out, the supposed owner came by thinking we were already gone. We let them know we we were checking out Friday morning, and they just said ok, we will stay elsewhere. We thought that was very odd. Overall the property is great - little chiller weather we took advantage of the indoor pool, which was nice that the kids could still be in water. Onsite staff were all friendly and helpful. We plan to come back again!

We had 3 families stay here for our annual "Friendscation" and had an absolute BLAST!!! The condo was just as shown! Clean, spacious, and well equipped! Both adults and kids had plenty of space. We all loved having two separate living spaces and so many bathrooms. We would 100% stay here again! The only downside was getting all our luggage up to the 18th floor. We arrived right at check-in and had to wait 45 minutes for an available elevator to get all our belongings to the room. If we stay here again, we'd just wait to check-in later in the day! Buying parking passes was a breeze and the woman at the front desk was very kind and gave out little boys balloons and that definitely started the vacation off great! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The condo is beautiful and we had plenty of room for 12 people. Very clean and spacious . The con to staying at this property is the long elevator wait times. The lazy river, splash pad and slide are awesome too! Beds were comfortable also

Nicely remodeled condo / busy complex
The unit itself is so pretty and SO spacious! The pictures of the inside are very accurate however I assumed from the listing that the balcony was beachside, it is not. The balcony looks out to the road. Julia, the property manager was very sweet and quick to respond. The building itself has a huge issue with elevators. Some people waited 45 mins For one and with this unit being on the 18th flooor it’s harder to just take the stairs. The chlorine levels in all the pools are out of control. My kids eyes were burning so bad they were in tears and their suits got bleached out. Also it’s important to know that if there is lightening within 10 miles of the condo building, they will close ALL pools including the indoor pools and hot tubs.

Our 18th floor condo was very nice, large and accommodating. It was well furnished and stocked with the necessary supplies. The pool, lazy river, and splash pad were a big hit with our entire family. We were somewhat disappointed that the pool had to be closed for a day because of the chemical balance. The beautiful white sand beach was also utilized by us and was well maintained.

Great family space
The place was very spacious for my big family. We loved it and could possibly rent again. We Had some problems with the air one night and no one got back to us till the next day. That sucked. It was pretty warm all night. There was an ice machine that didn’t work as well. Not that big of a deal but if you supply things. Make sure they are in working condition. The number of elevators sucked. The wait for them were extremely LONG and very few carts for carrying luggage.

Beautiful condo as listed on VRBO in great location. However the unit was dirty on arrival with sand on floor, dust and stickiness on open shelving, broken toilet paper holder, burned out light bulb in bathroom. We had to clean immediately on arrival. Mattress in master needs to be replaced. Not enough linens for the 2 rollaway beds. I understand that civic has impacted the service industry but we pay a large amount of money to rent and for cleaning of the unit. Will not be returning.
