About this condo rental

Nestled in West Beach, this lovely condo for $240 per night is a great option for your next trip. This condominium is affordable and relaxing. The condo is not beach front but you can see the beach in the distance and smell the ocean breeze from the front door. The condo sleeps 5-6, the master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The guest room has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, there is also an extra twin roll-away bed under the bottom bunk. The minimum age to rent is 24. The condo is across the street from the beach about one hundred yards away from the gulf. We have deeded beach access with our neighbors across the street. It will lead you to the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green water which Gulf Shores is famous for! The condo is located one mile from the center of Gulf Shores and minutes from everything Gulf Shores has to offer: water park, golfing, deep-sea fishing marinas, shopping at the Tanger outlet-mall, etc. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, full size oven, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. WiFi internet access is here for your use, at no charge to you. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom with DISH cable. On the property grounds there are 4 charcoal grills surrounding a large shaded gazebo with patio tables and benches, perfect for family gatherings. The large circular pool and gazebo are the focal points of the complex courtyard. Our condo comes with one reserved parking spot that can fit two mid-size cars front to back. Beautiful little condo just across the road from the beach. Within walking distance of Gulf Shores business. Foley and Orange Beach just a short drive away.

This was such an awesome please to stay. My family loved it and didn’t wanna have to leave. The view of the beach was amazing. A just a short walk to the beach 🏖️ Very nice and clean. We will definitely be back:)

My family of 4 had a great time here. The accommodations were just as described. A/C works great, beds were very comfy, and elevator was much appreciated! It’s an easy and very short walk to the beach. The only issue is that if you drive a large SUV/truck, be prepared for parking your vehicle to be quite difficult. The parking space is almost impossible to back out of if someone is parked next to you. Otherwise-great stay.

Nice property. Despite there being a little pavilion area by the pool the “permanent renter two doors down had nightly parties outside his unit so consequently we had people standing outside our door whooping it up. No thanks

Easy access to the beach! Condo was very clean with nice sitting room furniture. No issues with our stay. Paul was very responsive when we asked to arrive a day early. Beautiful area, plan to return.

The property was just as described - nice location, with almost everything we needed. Our only surprise was how cleaned out it was from previous renters - most other rental properties have some leftovers, but there wasn't a single extra roll of TP or even a salt shaker. We left some extra paper goods, so I hope they don't go to waste! Like others have noted, the parking was extremely narrow. Just ask our poor rental car, whose bumper got nailed by the neighbor our second day there. All in all, we had a great stay!

The condo was clean and the listing was mostly accurate. I will say that the main bedroom has a full size bed; not a queen size as is listed. A bit of a downgrade when you're used to a king sized bed. Walk to the beach wasn't too bad and the other guests and owners were friendly. The overall property was showing its age. Some of the top floor walkway had soft spots in the walkway. The parking can be difficult if you have a truck or suv.

Great location - easy walk to the beach. Perfect size for 3 adults. Kitchen had what we needed to make some meals. Parking is tight - but we did fine with our SUV. I would recommend to friends and family.
