About this condo rental

Located in West Beach, this attractive condo for $225 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This condominium is affordable and relaxing. The condo is not beach front but you can see the beach in the distance and smell the ocean breeze from the front door. The condo sleeps 5-6, the master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The guest room has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, there is also an extra roll-away bed with twin mattress under the bottom bunk. The minimum age to rent is 24. The condo is across the street from the beach about one hundred yards away from the gulf. We have deeded beach access with our neighbors across the street. It will lead you to the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green water which Gulf Shores is famous for! The condo is located one mile from the center of Gulf Shores and minutes from everything Gulf Shores has to offer: water park, golfing, deep-sea fishing marinas, shopping at the Tanger outlet-mall, etc. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, full size oven, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. WiFi internet access is here for your use, at no charge to you. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom with DISH cable. On the property grounds there are 4 charcoal grills surrounding a large shaded gazebo with patio tables and benches, perfect for family gatherings. The large circular pool and gazebo are the focal points of the complex courtyard. Our condo comes with one reserved parking spot that can fit two cars rear end to front end. My sister and I decided to make a quick sisters' trip to explore the Gulf Shores area. We were looking for clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly lodging. This is a well-maintained older property with comfortable furnishings. The owners were very responsive to any inquiries we made. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I brought my daughter for her 11th birthday celebration. She LOVED our condo and the entire weekend was great. The property owners were quick to respond to my questions and helped with a lost (by me) key. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The bunk bed was directly under a ceiling fan and my grandson sat up and sliced his eye open, very dangerous and scary. Could have been very bad. He does have a cut and hash on eye lid and corner of eye. Half the property lost lights for two days and had work going on and no elevator. Resorted to carrying heavy luggage and I’ve chest down 6 flights of stairs. Room was ok but way out of date and not picture perfect like you see when booking.

Overall it was a nice location for the price. The beach access was good. Not too crowded. It’s worth a try if you don’t have the money to stay in the high rises across the street.

We stayed in this unit from Wednesday to Monday and it was an all around great experience. Everything was very clean when we arrived, the unit has clearly been updated recently and well maintained. My husband made a few comments about how the décor reminded him of home. I will say the parking is tight, but we were also driving a Ford F250 with the 8 foot bed, so that's the case just about anywhere we go. It was nice that the parking is covered and there is a bit of extra space if you only bring one vehicle, we used this to let our beach chairs dry out after coming back every day. The walk across the street to the beach was easy to do, my only complaint is that the walkway is sand which made it hard to pull the wagon through the narrow path and meant we were covered in sand when we got back to the condos even though we had rinsed off before leaving the beach. We really loved having the washer and dryer in the unit, we had less than one load of laundry to do when we got home even! We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen had all the amenities if we had wanted to.

We had the best stay! The ONLY problem was getting the lockbox open but a phone call took care of it. We were very pleased with cleanliness, completely furnished kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. There were plenty of soft clean towels and bed linens were top notch. Even full ice cube trays in the freezer which we were very happy to see when we arrived at cocktail hour!!! The walk to the beach wasn't a problem, actually felt good after lounging at the beach. After a long drawn out cold, snowy winter in Wisconsin, the beach was perfect. We timed out trip for perfect weather. The price of the condo was very fair. We'll be happy to stay again and we'll surely recommend it to others. Thanks for a much needed vacation and great stay at Gulf Shores! Carol and Julie

The condo was nice and clean - just the right size for our family of four. It is in a great location, close to restaurants and activities, and of course, the beach! The private beach access was really nice and convenient. The pool area is great, especially for days when the beach was too cool/windy, and the whole complex is well maintained. Neighbors were also friendly and helpful - gave us some restaurant recommendations. We had a small issue with one of the toilets and Paul was very responsive and came over right away to fix it. It was nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit - they even provided the soap for both. The only downside is the age of the refrigerator. It should be replaced soon as is not keeping things quite as cool as it should, even with the temperature setting at its coldest, and it looks pretty beat up on the outside. Overall, a great little condo. I would stay there again!

This property is steps away from the beach. It has its own included covered parking with both elevators & stairs to get to the third floor. I hope to stay here again someday.

We enjoyed staying in this rental. We were supposed to stay in a different rental but a cold snap caused the pipes to break therefore the host kindly offered us another location which was an upgrade for no extra charge. We l9ved the view of the ocean and the location was great!

If you’re looking for affordable places to rent during the off season this one was great! We had 5 adults with us, so the bunk beds were a little tight, but would be perfect for a family with kids.

The condo was very clean and beautiful! We were very happy with our stay. The kids loved the pool and the beach entrance was not far once we found it. We met some owners of other condos there and they were really nice and gave good things to do and places to eat around. We had mainly older neighbors and they did not seem to like the very few families that we saw and including us playing in the pool (within pool hours, specifically around lunch).

Was within walking distance of restaurants, beach, entertainment. Master bath was small, door wouldn't shut and the flappee in the toilet sticks up occasionally which caused the toilwt to run

Loved the condo. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Able to spread out a bit and kids had plenty of playing room. The beach was in visual distance and super easy to walk across the road to the beach with younger kids (10 & 7). Nice pool for days the beach is too rough or too much sea life. Neighbors are all super nice in the condo area. I’m walking distance of some stores and eateries too. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back in the future.

This condo was beautiful, super clean, and right accross the street from the beach. The building was well maintained and the pool was fun. The owners were quick to respond to messages and very pleasant to communicate with. I loved this place so much that I would consider purchasing a unit in this building, if I could!
