For skiing in, the path to the house is marked and between tower 2 & 3 on the Union Pass quad or UP Connection and should always be possible. For skiing out, we ski down Curtis road if conditions allow (road is plowed but not sanded). Skiing out is highly dependent on weather and snow so toward the end of season it is more unlikely to be “ski out”. Primarily, we rent a car and drop off and pick up at the base which is less than 2 minutes away, or walk the 400 yds between the house and trail next to The Tram Tower Condos (across from Curtis Drive). **ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed inside the property.
