About this house rental
Located in West Beach, this lovely house for $220 per night is a great option for your next trip. Gulfside Townhomes is a family friendly, low density complex with 250 feet of private beachfront. No high rises on either side, the white sand and clear blue water are breathtakingly beautiful! Great central location, within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, The Hangout, Grocery Stores, and many Souvenir Shops. There is also a large Outlet Mall close by and some fun Thrift Stores! Family friendly townhome with a nicely landscaped grassy courtyard in the center of the u-shaped complex and large in-ground pool, is hard to find just steps from the beach! Enjoy the convenience of a private Charcoal grill and comfortable chairs under the unit, with one of the largest beach side pools in Gulf Shores! Recently updated, this 2 story unit will sleep 8 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 1150 square feet, and covered parking for 2 vehicles directly under the unit. There is no one above or below you, just walk up 1 flight of stairs to the first floor with an open layout including living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and laundry. Living room has a private balcony overlooking the large pool and grass courtyard with a beach view. The pool gate is literally two steps from our unit. You can watch your kids swim from our balconies! There is also a queen size sofa sleeper and a 55" Smart TV. The Dining room table has comfortable seating for 6 people. The kitchen has updated cabinets, countertops, new sink and is fully stocked to meet all of your needs. Upstairs is the master bedroom with its own private balcony overlooking the pool with a beach view, private bathroom, king size bed, sitting area, and 32" Smart TV. The second bedroom also has it's own private bathroom, a queen bed, bunk beds, a pack-n-play available in the closet, and a 26" flat screen TV. The bedrooms have new flooring and both bathrooms upstairs have been recently updated as well! Our family has enjoyed Gulf Shores for many years - it's a place where you can enjoy all types of entertainment, unique shopping, and delicious local dining. For us, the main attraction is it's beautiful white-sand beaches where friends and family gather to enjoy the clear blue water and many exciting water activities. *Beach chairs(6-8), sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. provided!* Must be over 25 to rent (Families Encouraged) No Pets No Smoking

The condo is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Easy to check in and check out of the unit. Beach is gorgeous and not crowded (in October)!

We had a great stay here! We love that these are townhomes, and there’s no one above or below us. It’s an easy walk to the ocean right off the property. The covered parking is super nice as well. We could walk to several restaurants/ice cream shops, and it was an easy drive to others as well. We would definitely stay here again!

My kids love the pool because when they can't get in the ocean they can atleast swim in the pool!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive. Location and short distance to beach were hands down my favorite part! Had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. The townhouse was very beach vintage and we loved it! Very peaceful! Loved the fact we could see beach off balcony! Beds were extremely comfortable. Most definitely would and will stay again.

The townhome was inviting, roomy, relaxing, plenty of room for a family of 7. It was clean and didn't have any weird smells. I would pack extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Everything else is provided. Oh and I like Clorox wipes. 😀
Having the pool literally 2 steps...best townhouse position out of the 40 units!!! And only a short walk to the fluffy sand beach!!!! We had so so so much fun!!! My family was so sad to leave!!! The townhouse is also a perfect distance away from all the great dinning places and groceries!! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place!!! Thanks for everything!!! 😀

We were pleased with our 12-night stay. The owner communicated everything well and responded quickly. We liked having the covered parking and it gave some extra space to store a fishing cart. It was nice that there were beach chairs and beach towels to use. The pool was never crowded. We hope to be back soon!

We had a great time at this property. It is right on the beach and directly next to the pool. This was perfect for us, especially with kids, because we could go back and forth as needed! The condo was clean and had everything we needed from games, to kitchen needs, to beach towels, to beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. The owner/property manager was very responsive and informative. It is close to all the fun and restaurants but far enough away that you can enjoy the beach without being overly crowded. We will definitely be back!

Our family really enjoyed our second stay in this complex. The proximity to the beach, personal parking spaces, no elevators, access to the pool, and the location are hard to beat. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything a family would need when not on the beach or enjoying the sites around Gulf Shores.

This property had all the linens, cookware we needed. The kids loved all the beach toys we needed & the pool was great. Close to restaurants-unfortunately the shrimp festival was going on so parking & traffic was bad but couldn’t be helped. The manager was quick to answer any question I messaged him with. Our first time in Gulf Shores & hope to stay here again.

I don’t think we could have asked for more with this property! It is located right on the beach with its own pool. The house had a great assortment of sand toys, umbrellas, chairs, and games that we used all week long. It was so wonderful not having to pack all that with us on a long road trip. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 5 and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved being able to walk out the door and go to the pool or the beach. There are so many options here in Gulf Shores when choosing a vacation house and I would choose this one again hands down over a high rise condo. The owners are super sweet and very responsive. Will be looking forward to the next time we can come back!

The walks on the beach were splendid, and although we experienced a nasty storm with tornados near by, we felt safe. Because of the storm, the water was angry and it was windy on the beach, but the pools location allowed us to enjoy the sun and relax. You have a nice place and we’ve already recommended to friends and family!

We absolutely loved our stay here. My oldest went boogie boarding everyday and my youngest enjoyed searching for lizards poolside. This townhouse was fully stocked and came with everything you could ever need. We hope to come back soon and will recommend this townhouse to all our friends.

We liked that we had a washer and dryer and all the necessary kitchen and bathroom items needed for a townhouse. They really thought about everything including kids sand toys! We loved being able to walk right out to the beach. We liked that other restaurants and souvenir shops were close by.

Having the bedrooms on the upper level made it nice for those that rise at different times. Fixing breakfast or watching TV doesn't disturb those catching few extra winks. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out was simple and easy.

Location was absolutely perfect. Not only are you right there on the beach, youre in easy driving distance to lots of places to shop, play and eat. The townhouse was nice and clean and provided everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if we decided to vacation in the area again.

We love Gulf Shores and staying at this location. First time at this condo and we loved it! Updated and very clean with comfy beds and convenience to beach and pool. Very nice extras with use of beach towels and beach chairs. Will definitely be back!!

We love staying at gulfside because it’s old fashion no elevators no crowds it’s just as country as back home for us we enjoy grilling a very nice pool with nobody rushing u to get out by certain times . Love having our on carport with water hose to spray ourselves abd out things off…. Condo itself is clean very well kept up and furnished with everything you need. Air conditioning worked great and your allowed to set it at ur on temperature (which is a plus for me).only complaint would be so many stairs and steps if anyone has trouble climbing otherwise great place to stay makes my 11 year at gulfside
