About this house rental
Located in Cloverdale, this charming house for $495 per night is a great choice for your next break. The Ranch house is located in the heart of California's North Coast wine country. There are options for wine tasting in all directions; head south and you are in the heart of Sonoma County, head north and you get to experience Mendocino County wine country, to the east is Napa Valley and to the West is amazing coastal wineries. Just down the road there is the opportunity for a once in a lifetime experience of skydiving and many other outdoor activities; hiking, biking, boating at Lake Sonoma and so much more! Our Ranch House is completely remodeled from its former 1970's status. This home boasts an open floor plan. No more being stuck in the kitchen by yourself! Now, everyone can be together enjoying conversation, cooking, and the incredible view. In addition, the house has new bamboo floors, quartz countertops and custom-made cabinets in kitchen and bath. This home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is accompanied by a master bath and walk-in closet. The bedroom features a California King bed and eastern views. There are two other guest rooms both sporting spectacular views and both with queen beds. The additional bed is a sleeper sofa with brand new air dream mattress. No more springs in the back! There is a large Redwood deck that looks east and south over the town of Cloverdale. The views of the mountains are awe-inspiring! The kitchen includes all new appliances, including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker and a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer available for use if needed. Enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee on a chair in the front yard or a picnic beneath the trees. Host a wine tasting on the back deck through the lounge after wine tasting in the local area! The best part is that this house is on top of a hill secluded and private. A perfect destination for relaxation and fun. We are a legal vacation rental approved through Sonoma County. The place was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make a nice dinner. The view was spectacular and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. My family had a lot of fun. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Andrea and Amy were so kind and thorough during the booking process. I had to make some changes to the guest list and they were very accommodating. The property itself was spacious, calm, and provided the best view in Cloverdale. It was the perfect place to unwind and decompress with friends or family! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you Amy and Andrea!

What a gorgeous place! Stayed here with my parents, in-laws, and our young children. They had a pack and play and high chair, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds. We ate many meals on the deck. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions before we made our trip but the house was so well prepared that we had no reason to contact them during our stay. So thankful for how clearly and kindly they communicated so all we had to do up here was enjoy our time as a family and celebrate my brother getting married. Thank you for letting us stay at The Ranch House!

We loved our stay at The Ranch House. It has great views of the valley, a large deck to enjoy dinner on and comfortable beds for a great night’s sleep. The kids (and parents) loved the Atari and Nintendo (with Duck Hunt) in the garage!

We took a couple of beautiful rides, dined in some excellent nearby restaurants and had coffee and breakfast from Plank. The home was perfect for us! It’s quiet and the views are great. If you are a walker there are beautiful trails and neighborhoods adjacent. We will definitely request to book The Ranch House again!

We walked quite a bit and hill to the house is quite steep so we are now in better shape! . I think that is an excuse to drink more wine! Highly recommend!

We have rented many VRBOs and I usually find a few items missing; HOWEVER, not at this place…it was complete in every way! Owners have thought of every detail needed. Very comfy beds, great linens & towels, plenty of paper goods, wonderful walk-in closet in the master bedroom, VERY CLEAN IN EVERY WAY! The views and surrounding gardens are spectacular. Truly a sanctuary after a busy day of shopping in Healdsburg and wine tasting along Dry Creek Road. Highly recommend the Barn Diva restaurant in Healdsburg and Truett-Hurst winery on Dry Creek Road. This home will be our new go-to for our trips to Cloverdale. A big thank you to the owners who were so gracious and helpful!

Absolute Perfection in Wine Country - 500 Star Rating ⭐️
The Ranch House is absolutely perfect in every way. From location, to views, to the wonderful owners to the immaculate appointments, the house is a perfect and wonderful getaway. Beautifully located up a long and winding drive, one arrives on your own private knoll with sweeping views of the entire valley and mountains behind you. The home is wonderfully and comfortably decorated and furnished. Extraordinary comfort and beautiful surroundings, you will have a magic time, as did we. The house is absolutely immaculate, the beds luxuriously cozy to sleep in, even the sofabes is amazingly comfortable. Amy and Andrea were responsive to my questions, and very very easy and wonderful to deal with. We were there for a family wedding, but my sister and I absolutely want to come back and explore this region in depth, find the hidden swimming beaches that the owners tell you about and just live out on their amazing deck and the sweeping views. I a have never in my life been more comfortable in a rental, and cannot adequately express how thoughtful, and comfortable the experience was, from the quality linens, clocks in every room, dazzling sunlight, just perfectly spacious and easy to live in. We had our family with 2 grandsons with us. The house was perfect. Just “secluded” on top of a hill with panorama views. Nice amenities/soaps/towels and nicely appointed. We loved it!

A beautiful getaway!
The Ranch House is a lovely, comfortable and open-design home that was great for our group of 4. It sits high on a hill, is beautifully landscaped and provides a lovely view of Cloverdale and the hills that surround it. The 3 bedrooms are all bright, airy and very comfortable, and the open design kitchen and dining room (along with the backyard grill) make it a great place to cook and dine with friends. Highlight is the large balcony off the living room with comfortable dining for 6-8 people. Our only regret was that April temps + wind were too cool in both the evening and early morning to dine outdoors. A fireplace or heat lamp would be the perfect compliment!
