Outfitted with a fully-equipped kitchen, a plush queen-sized bed and comfortable sleeper sofa, The Arbor Suite marries comfort and convenience to enhance your Door County experience. One of the best features of this property is its central location in Sturgeon Bay. Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the water or Third Avenue, where you'll find a range of shopping and dining options. Please note that as this is a downtown location, you may experience some typical "downtown sounds" during the day. The Third Avenue Historic District is on the National Register of Historic Places, and it is the center for retail, restaurants and culture in Sturgeon Bay. Within a 2 minute walk from the apartment are great restaurants, shopping, the Bay and even live theater at Third Avenue Playhouse. You'll check into your suite with the use of a keypad deadbolt with a code unique to you and your stay for added safety and security. You will have access to the entire suite as well as the outdoor courtyard area. The Historic Corner House (formerly the N.R. Lee House) was originally built in 1867 and is registered with the Wisconsin Historical Society and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Arbor Suite is a newly remodeled apartment, with modern furnishings and decor that set it apart from other Door County Rentals. The Arbor Suite was thoughtfully designed and remodeled to serve as a private residence. Excellent property and in the heart of Sturgeon Bay. My husband and I came to do some Ice Age Trail hiking for a couple of days. The VBRO was great for us. It was a rainy day, so the fire place was very cozy and warm. The property is very cute and well decorated. Lots of restaurants and places for coffee close. I also highly recommend the Cedar Inn for dinner! Would return and also recommend to others. Great owners!

We had everything we needed at the arbor house! The full kitchen was nice to have. Everything was comfortable, cozy, and easy to access. It was nice to have laundry machines available, although we didn't use them for our short stay. My only critiques are that the floors could have used a bit more cleaning attention (dust bunnies in corners, especially in the bathroom; you could tell it was a quick swiffer job) and the hot water in the shower only lasted about 10 minutes before it dropped to very low pressure. Besides that, everything was tidy, clean, and functional. The owner was very forgiving when we accidentally broke a plate and when we ran a little behind on our checkout time.

The place is right in the heart of Sturgeon Bay. You can basically walk anywhere in town from there. It was easily accessible and easy to park at. Couldn't have been a better experience!

This property is a great location to attend the festival on Third Street. Very tastefully decorated. There was everything that you could need. We had a very relaxing time. The outside was just as charming as the inside with off street parking.

It is a clean and well laid out apartment. It has all the amenities for a short-term stay. The fragrance-free detergent is a plus! The only reason we did not give a five-star rating was because of the very, very low shower pressure.

We loved our stay at the Arbor Suite in Sturgeon Bay! The location was fantastic and we really appreciated being able to walk to restaurants and local shops. Our hosts were fantastic and provided great information and recommendations for our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Door County!

We had a wonderful weekend in the Arbor Suite. The location was perfect for accessing all that Door County offers. This was a spacious accommodation with all the modern conveniences. Communication with the DoCo Staff was fantastic with clear instructions for the stay and frequent check-ins on how the visit was going. We look forward to staying again.

The place was just as described and very clean. The hosts communicated well and were extremely attentive. A random smoke detector in the basement was chirping and Matt came over to take care of it even though it was late so we could sleep well. We are super pleased and have no complaints.

Staying at this property was a delight. The location could not be better, as there are some excellent restaurants nearby, not to mention parks and grocery stores just minutes away. Inside the place never felt cramped and was laid out very nicely. What is more, whenever I had questions, Rob was very quick to respond. Next time I visit Sturgeon Bay, I will be sure to make my stay at the Arbor Suite.

We had a wonderful weekend. The property was just as described and super clean! It was the perfect size for 2 adults. They though of everything with cream, coffee and even full bottles of shampoo & conditoner. No small bottles. Kitchen was fully equipped for everything you needed. Cleaning supplies and air freshener! The location was 1 block from downtown so super convenient. Would definitely stay again. Mike & Deb
