Spacious two floor, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 2.5 baths, tastefully decorated NEW condo in Mid-Town – close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, bike/walking trails, downtown. This is a no smoking, no pets, no parties, quiet, spacious 1200 sq ft condo with contemporary décor. The living area includes a gas fireplace, open dining area, modern kitchen, half bath and balcony on one floor. On the top floor, there is a master bedroom with a queen bed, a master bath with large walk- in shower, laundry area , second bedroom with a queen bed and a full futon and a second bathroom with shower and tub. There is also a queen- size sofa bed in the living area. Located in the heart of Mid-Town – this property is Noiseaware monitored in a casual, cozy, community neighborhood . Close to grocery store, Round’s -TC’s oldest diner, as well as Potter’s - TC’s oldest bakery, drugstore, and bank. (All within a block.) Nested 6 blocks from the beach on beautiful Grand Traverse Bay and minutes to TC’s Civic Center -ice arena/ hockey rink, walking/ biking trails, park with picnic areas, playground area. The TART trail (bicycling/walking), is close as well – 5 blocks.

Very nice and comfortable condo, good location. Great kitchen, well equipped and we enjoyed preparing meals there. Enjoyed the fireplace during our wintry stay, beds comfortable, bathrooms all really nice.

Had a great weekend in TC! Property is about 1.3 miles from downtown restaurants. Was surprised there is only parking for one car weekdays and it sleeps 6-8 . Clean and comfortable . Host was responsive to billing questions.

The largest condo we have rented with a big kitchen/living room combo and 2 full bathrooms plus an additional half-bath. Good sized bedrooms too. Quiet neighborhood and could walk just over a mile to everything downtown TC.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo for our annual eight person golf trip. The property was clean, spacious, and located close to downtown. The property manager was extremely helpful and easy to get in contact with, and I highly recommend this condo.

This was a beautiful condo in a nice location. We were close enough to enjoy downtown out of the way enough to avoid the noise. Condo was clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Manager was very easy to communicate and even worked with us when we had to change our dates due to work issues. Overall a nice condo at a great price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend getaway at this beautiful property! It was the perfect location, incredibly clean and comfy cozy! The kitchen was stocked good as we cooked most of our meals and the grocery store is on the same block! We had a blast snow tubing at Mt. Holiday and had an impromptu nerf gun war with the kiddos at War Zone. Tons of memories made! Thank you to the owners and property managers!

This condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. It was easily accessible but I wouldn’t plan to walk to downtown TC. Grocery store nearby was helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a Traverse City get away!

We rented this property for a trip new year weekend, we had 4 adults and 4 kids (age 2-4). The property was located close enough to everything we needed during the winter trip - but I would love to explore the area more in the summer. The condo was clean and surrounding area was quiet. The surrounding condos also seemed like rentals and the few people we ran into in the parking lot were friendly. Parking of one small vehicle was available in the garage + one spot in the lot - this worked well for us, any additional cars needed to be parked down town which would have been a hassle. There are two rooms and bathrooms on the top floor, the Master bedroom has one bed, and could have fit a blow up mattress on the floor space, which would have been nice for the kids, but we were discouraged from bringing one. The second bed room had two beds which worked perfectly for the second family. The main floor is open and had all the things we needed to cook breakfast and dinner a few days. The main floor is the second floor of the building and the stairs from the landing are very steep. We were a bit uneasy with the kids and would h e liked to have had a pet gate to easy our minds a little bit while they were running around playing, but we made it work. Overall we enjoyed our visit and I would recommend this property for anyone who needs a centrally located spot to stay while exploring the TC area.
