Five minutes walk to the ORCHARD LIFT! 15 minutes drive to Wasaga Beach. 20 Minutes walk to the beautiful Blue Mountain Village. This cozy cottage is STA Licensed and insured. Located in dead end street, surrounded by forest. Main floor welcomes you with modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dining room table sits 8 to 12, and opens to living room area with wood burning fireplace. One of the four bedrooms is also located on the main floor. It has queen size bed and walk in closet. Main floor has two pcs. Powder Room. Down at the lower level is the family room with Cable TV, Wii and bedroom with queen size bed and walk in closet. Laundry room. Full bathroom with glass shower. Upstairs has vaulted ceilings. Master bedroom has King size bed. Second, upstairs bedroom has two single over double bunk beds. Two closets, TV and DVD player. Bathroom with tub/shower. Enjoy your summer nights by the bonfire, watching shooting stars above. Relax and unwind by wood burning fire place. The cottage is equipped with central Air conditioning and high speed wireless internet.

The place was cute and cozy, slightly outdated but mostly clean. We intended to ski but there was no snow (Dec.) We attempted to walk to the village but could not find a way to cross the busy road to the mountain easily. This would be fine with adults and teens but we also had elementary ages kids and felt it wasn't safe so we turned back and drove. The walk to the lift is more like 15 min. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals.

Great cottage in a great location by the orchard chair. Cheap Uber over to the village. The host Elizabeth was so kind and responsive. We would definitely return!!

Stayed at Elizabeth’s cottage home for a summer bachelor party. The property was very private while also only being a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) to the village and accommodates 8 people with ease. Quick communication made the check in & check out process a breeze!

The layout of this place, positioning of bathrooms and bedrooms, suited our needs perfectly. The young children of our group were not disturbed by any adult voices after they were put to bed. Bedrooms were apart and private. Bathrooms on every level. 2 living areas we didnt use to the fullest but were available. The outdoor space was beautiful.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. We had a larger group including children and the accomodations were perfect. Very close to Blue Mountain resort which was convenient in getting back home in time for the kids naps! Highly recommend.

I'll start by saying that I would definitely book this chalet again. It is very well maintained, clean and stocked with essentials. It was myself, husband and our daughters (11&14). The location was perfect for skiers. It was a 6-7 min walk in full gear to the bottom of the Orchard chair. We did not walk to the Village but we had no trouble getting an Uber. The chalet was a good size for our family of 4. It could definitely accommodate 2 families as there is plenty of beds and the basement is finished with a bedroom, good size bathroom, and TV room. However, the entryway is very tight and there is no mudroom or ski storage so it would be very crowded for more than 4 people coming and going. My only real complaint is the bedding. It was well used and looked like it was sheets they dug out of storage. Quality you'd expect if visiting a friend's rustic cottage, not a $500/night rental. Overall, a great location and good value.

The cottage was perfect for our 8 adult golf group. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for all. Location is excellent for visiting the Village. Communication with the owner was amazing. We will definitely come here again.

This was our third summer to stay for a week at this cottage. It works so well for our family. We love the big open living room and dining room. We prepare almost all of our own meals and the kitchen makes this easy. The back deck has a big table with a nice umbrella and that's where we eat most of our meals. The cottage is not far from Blue Mountain but this year we only visited the village once.

The location was right by blue mountain. Close to beaches, stores and restaurants. The owner of the cottage is very nice. Mattresses were nice and comfy. There was cat food on the decks. Overall a great visit. Will be going there again

The outdoor space is awesome! We enjoyed much of the time (April) on the front deck in the sun. Elizabeth was helpful with questions about local activities and hiking. Couches were comfy, beds were nice, dining area was great. Overall, a wonderful stay for a large group of women. I would absolutely rent this property again.

Beautiful home that is very close to the Orchard lift (2 min drive, although probably also walkable). The open concept lay-out is very nice, with room for everybody at the table and to relax on the couches (slightly older furniture, but still very comfortable). The kids enjoyed having the bedroom with bunkbeds and also the basement to play in. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the basics for cooking full meals. Would stay here again given the opportunity!

This property is a lovely cottage, well-situated at Blue Mountain. Unfortunately I encountered 2 major problems which were not addressed. The water didn’t heat past lukewarm, not even warm enough to wash dishes. The owner suggested a fast shower and then sit beside the fire to warm up. Sunday evening was uncomfortably chilly and we awoke to 14.5 degrees. The batteries in the thermostat had died, and the furnace wouldn’t kick on. Although l really liked the place, I feel quite cheated to have paid a substantial amount for 48 hours of not showering and eating breakfast crowded around a fire. I enjoy all of that for summer camping but at -20 this weekend, it just wasn’t acceptable.

Perfect escape to Blue. Walk to the Orchard, ski lift, into the Village or you can stay in and enjoy quiet time with friends or family. The house had all amenities. The owner was easy to communicate with and always a quick reply to any questions. We would stay again!

This property worked beautifully for our adult family gathering with it's 4 Queen bedrooms and large dining table. Quiet, forested setting. Very convenient for coming and going into Collingwood.
