What a perfect location, the heart of Chiado. Close to the Santa Justa lift. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, bustling yet quiet and serene in the appartment. A perfect place to unwind after a full day of touring. Check-in is a breeze, with full amenities and comfortable furniture. We would definitely stay here again.

No paper towels. Small bathroom shower head broken. Larger bathroom lights burned out, need replacing. Great location but be prepared to bring everything you need. No basics of any sort supplied. Towels shabby. Beds clean but soft. Washing/dryer missing knobs, i guess they dont want you to do laundry but dud supply laundry pods? Would come back if broken items repaired.

Very convenient location, surrounded by great restaurants and cafe / bars. A comfortable walk to everything. You kinda live above it all on the 4th floor. Shops on the street downstairs.😀

Came here for a 4 day stay with family. The property was clean, spacious and beautiful. My favorite had to be the wrap around balcony overlooking the city streets. Checkin process was smooth, and Paulo was very responsive and helpful. Close to all the shopping and restaurants and beautiful sights Lisbon has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the thick of things, and the window coverings really helped a lot with the street noise when we went to bed. Close to Convent of Carmo and lots of restaurants, gelaterias, an ATM, taxi and metro stations. Apartment worked well for our family of 4 (all adult), plenty of room. Paolo quick and helpful with my questions, would have liked some info on grocery stores (google maps had us go pretty far when there was a couple closer).

Spotless apartment in an amazing location
The apartment was a gem! Beautiful, clean, and the location could not be better. We walked everywhere, and having the train station at Rossio within five minutes walk made our day trip to Sintra very easy. The location is quite busy, but we felt very safe, and the noise from the street did not bother us at night, thanks to shutters on the windows.
The mattresses were on a harder side, but that did not bother us at all, they were still very comfortable.
Communications with the hosts was very easy, they responded promptly. We really appreciated an automatic check-in process and the fact that we did not have to wait for anyone to get to the apartment. WiFi worked great in all the rooms. Showers did not run out of hot water. Really, we were as comfortable as at home - and the hosts provided some toiletries, dishwasher and clothes detergents, which was a small touch, but much appreciated on a short trip that we had.
The only suggestion I would have is to maybe include a printout of a map with grocery stores and the back entrance shortcut to Rossio. We found things ourselves, but mostly by stumbling into them.
If we are going to Lisbon again, I will plan the trip around the dates when this apartment is available :).

Location location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. Stepping out the front door onto rua Garrett is exactly where we wanted to be. Very comfortable all around. Beds, living room seating (one is a pull out sofa bed), and dining table seating. Everything was close to perfect. Very quiet, especially when you close the interior shutters. One area that could improve is the kitchen. We felt that cooking utensils were lacking. We found just the bare minimum of pots and pans along with cutlery. Not a massive inconvenience, but for the four of us, it was rather sparse. The washer and dryer combo worked well, and was a big help getting us through our stay. There are dozens of excellent restaurants and shops in the area, and an easy 5 minute walk to the Baixa-Chiado metro stop. Very good communication with the managers of the unit, and easy to follow entry instructions. Recommended.

Great spot
Perfectly located! Very comfortable apartment. More than enough space for the 3 of us. 2 bathrooms made mornings easy as we got up and out. Kitchen is sparsely equipted, but you have the basics to cook in if so desired. Mattresses are firm. Location is on busy street, even well in to the evening, so expect some street noise even with windows closed. We were treated to some excellent street performers just a block away. Really close to metro station. Location would be tough to beat!

Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Service. Five Stars
If you want a very comfortable apartment in the heart of the busy and very convenient Chiado District of Lisbon. Everything you need is literally at your door step from grocery shopping, to great restaurants and easy access to public transportation. The apartment owners offer you a great apartment and they are very good at supporting their clients -First Class. Renters will find the apartment situated on a very busy pedestrian street. However, we enjoyed it all.

Beautiful Lisboa!
Loved the location of this VRBO...so many stores, restaurants, and activity! The Best in Lisboa! Luis and Sylvia were fabulous to work with and always there to answer any of our questions. Bedrooms are nice, as is large, spacious living/dining room. Kitchen was also good, but probably could use saran wrap, foil, and paper towel....also, might be nice to have a shower head in the tub shower, rather than just the hand held one.
All in all, it was a great stay and we enjoyed the apt. very much.

In the middle of it all
This is a great place to stay in the middle of the bustle and fun of Lisbon's Chiado area. Outside: Good places at all levels to eat. Wonderful little boutiques. Walking distance to a lot and metro, tram, or bus distance to everything. Noisy and crowded in a good way. Inside: The apartment is clean and comfortable and just as promised. Surprisingly quiet given what's going on outside. Cute little balcony to overlook the action.

Perfect location
Management staff was excellent. The place was exactly as advertised. Clean and bright. Noise of Rua Garrett is not a problem if the windows are closed. The balcony too narrow for sitting. It was not well stocked for a long stay though. We needed to buy dish soap, laundry soap, and decent shampoo/conditioner. We loved our time and would stay here again the next time.

Beautiful Apartment and perfect location!
We stayed for a month in Lisbon at Chiado Apartment 4A and thoroughly enjoyed every day! Luis and Silvia are wonderful and so helpful. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen worked out beautifully for us and the apartment is very functional for four people. The views are wonderful too! Most importantly, the location is perfect. Walkable to many great neighborhoods and sights. There is a metro station just a block away and several train stations nearby for longer trips. This was the perfect place for us. Thanks to Luis,Silvia and Ana for helping to make our stay so wonderful!

Bright, well maintained, central apartment in the heart of the city.
If you want to be in the central heart of Lisbon, at the hub of public transportation, walking distance to shopping, great restaurants and clubs, this is the place. The apartment is bright and airy with a wonderful wrap around balcony. The area is noisy, with late night crowds, but the apartment is quite soundproof with doors and windows closed. Our landlord was very responsive to requests and easy to deal with.

Wonderful apartment in the best location in Lisbon
We recently enjoyed 11 nights (including New Years Eve) in Lisbon and were pleased to have booked Apartment 4B for our family holiday. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with all rooms benefitting from the warm winter sunshine. The location was excellent with close access to the Metro and trams.
Paulo was responsive to all our questions (both prior to and during our visit) and helpful in arranging a door-to-door transport service to the airport on our departure.
We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking high quality accommodation in the best location of Lisbon.

Great Location! Very nice apartment.
We stayed 3 nights at this very nice large apartment. Very clean, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. More than enough room for a couple and our adult son. Nice strong air conditioning! Which was needed as it was over 30 every day. Right in the heart of Chiado, walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Lisbon. The street below could get a little loud, but we slept well every night. Good kitchen. Comfy beds.
Sylvia was extremely helpful with our check in.We arranged airport pick up, and were lucky enough to have Bruno as our driver. We hired him for a day trip to Sintra and Cascais, well worth the money! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and views♥️
Great location in Chiado! Loud at night but didn’t really bother us as windows shut out the noise. Very helpful owners who were incredibly easy to work with and flexible on our arrival schedule. Easy to walk from this apartment to most areas of Lisbon.... but bring comfortable shoes!
