This 3 bedroom home theater cabin features 3 suites and 1 suite with Jacuzzi tub, an outdoor hot tub, gas grill, pool table, game table and many other amenities. This cabin is a fantastic option for a group. We had so much fun watching a movie in the theater room and playing pool and games.
Only downside is the wooden floors carry sound. If you have active children (or adults) bring earplugs to sleep.

Starting off the location of this cabin is about 5 minutes from Gatlinburg, and close to some local shops, that is the major plus for the cabin. The negatives were the overall cleanliness of the cabin and the bats. We had 3 nights where bats were getting into the cabin and flying around causing a ruckus. You can imagine the 6 and 7 year old children we had were terrified. We spent a good half hour the first night trying to get the first bat outside. They are disgusting and carry all sorts of diseases, this thing just flew around landing on every surface imaginable. We did finally get that one out the door, as well as the 2nd bat we encountered. The 3rd bat was not so fortunate, we had to dispatch of it because we could not get it to go out the open doors. Just really gross. We stayed for a week, the cabin is very cheap with any of the items you would expect to stay. They give 1 roll of TP per bathroom, and 1 trashbag. For the price I would imagine they could give you just a little more than that. The arcade box and pool table work as intended, however the projector was supposed to have an hdmi to connect to and did not, it only had a dvd player which really limits its use. Very frustrating stay.

I reserved the cabin 1935 Elk Sprint- Mountain Magic and the condition was horrible, when we arrived at the cabin there was no water, we had to wait 3 hours to solve that problem, the 1st night we were very cold because the heater had problems, on the 2nd day too We had problems with the water again, the cabin was super dirty. the barbecue was super dirty and there was food from other customers

Location is PERFECT to avoid traffic and visit Gatlinburg daily. The cabin is nice and relatively clean. The beds are not comfortable and the furniture is not in good shape and in need of replacement. There is no communal bathroom (i.e. they were only in the bedrooms which presented a problem for those sleeping in the loft and in the basement. The thing we had most issue with were the threatening laminated signs throughout the cabin posting fines. It became a running joke that if we sneezed it would cost us $150. For those of us frequent flyers, we understand how to respect properties and found this very off-putting. The kitchen had bare minimum, but was enough to be able to cook and eat in. The gas grill a plus. The 3rd stair from the bottom heading to the loft was super slick in socks, 3 of us slipped. I unfortunately did not catch myself. Wear cabin socks with rubber padding!!! Honestly, we would stay again if the signs go and the furniture were replaced. Location again, is perfect so may look into other Elk Springs cabins for future visits.

super cute decor, clean, nice amenities, close to town yet out of town feel owners are super attentive, the bedroom lacked a remote and immediately they brought one over. will definitely stay again in the future.did not have time on this trip to try out the hot tub but or the pool table but will stay longer next trip.

Only issue we had was the internet would go in and out too often, I know this is something that can’t be helped, but I just thought it was happening too often just to be due to weather or some other issue related to unforeseen circumstances. We had a nice stay at Mountain Magic, but definitely noticed that this cabin was not kept up & cared for as much as some of the other cabins we've stayed in. Beds we're squeaky, second mirror over double sink was missing, toilet seat was broken, carpet in bottom level was dingy & that floor in general felt damp & smelled musty. Several small fixes & a very good dusting would definitely move this cabin in the right direction.

The house is beautiful, we had some stuff about the fridge early on but the maintenance staff was very helpful and got to the cabin to quickly fix it. They were very timely on returning messages and calls about any issues or questions we had. I reported some leaking in basement and they were quick to respond back and look at it. Overall great place!

The location of this cabin is perfect. Close enough to all of the Smoky Mountain tourist spots but far enough away to ensure quiet and tranquil nights. The rooms are spacious and as described on the website. The pictures are accurate. Plenty of room for up to 12 people. The main concern was the housekeeping of this property. Everywhere you look there is at least one inch of standing dust. In the window sills are multiple dead flies —- especially in the large front window, easily 50-70 dead flies. When this was addressed with the office, they sent housekeeping 24 hours later. Housekeeping showed up with 3 dry rags and a bottle of windex. She put the dusty rags on the beds. For the price paid, it is suggested to provide more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels for the kitchen, etc. I would recommend sticking with a private Airbnb or VRBO instead.

This cabin was perfect for our family of 11 ( 3 families). Each individual family had their own space for getting ready and sleeping which was perfect. The only negative we had, was the hot tub when we arrived was only at 56 degrees ��, so it took an entire day to heat up and we were unable to use it at all the first night ( which wasn’t fun because we were only there for the weekend). I’d recommend having staff check on this prior to arrivals as it’s winter, most people want to be able to enjoy this. But other than this minor inconvenience, everyone in the family said they’d stay here again.

There are cabins close to Mountain Magic but felt secluded with the trees around it. Great location with easy access to Arts&Crafts community, downtown Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Staff was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. The hot tub is by far the cleanest I have seen in a rental cabin. We visit the area several times a year and our standards are high when renting a cabin. We will now be booking with Elk Springs each time. Highly recommend this company!
