Our check-in was delayed 5 hours. We were told the cabin would be decorated for Christmas and there were zero decorations for 6 children to celebrate Christmas. The house wasn't clean. The kitchen was very disheveled and under stocked. The house is very loud due to hardwood floors and no rugs.

We’ve rented cabins in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge about 12 times and this would fall in the bottom ranking. The cabin was not clean when we arrived. Luckily I brought dish washer and laundry detergent. The towels had a funky odor (and hair!) so I immediately washed all of them. The washing machine was broken so it took a good bit of time. I also suspect the dishes were previously washed without detergent so I washed those as well. The most disgusting thing however, was the hot tub. I specifically asked about it when making the reservation and was told it was drained and cleaned before check in. Very clearly this was NOT done. A person from maintenance came over but just wiped down the insides and got the funk out of the drain. Hot tub funk became the joke of the weekend and nobody from our group put a toe in it.This trip was our family Christmas. We did this instead of exchanging gifts. Out next trip to Gatlinburg will not include this property rental agency. I get it—- good help is hard to find, but there has got to be more reliable cleaning services.

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was close to the National Park and to town but fr enough from town to enjoy the quiet nd beauty of the area. The category related to the “ co diction of the property” was rated a 4 because the gas grill was too dirty to use and the arcade game in the game room did not work. We brought these two items to the attention of the property mgt. Company upon our checkout. So whoever flows us renting should have had those issues addressed.

We really enjoyed the cabin it was well-equipped and clean and in a great location. Only a couple of things that could be improved is the gas grill is really rusted out and needs to be replaced. The arcade game worked well except player 2 controls are not responsive. Other than that it was fantastic. I plan on booking a small cabin for my wife and I in the fall thanks again for everything.

The Cabin is beautiful and has plenty of room. The decks were nice with lots of furniture. Would love to stay here in the winter with all the fireplaces. My only complaints would be the downstairs shower heads need replaced and the washer and dryer are on the top floor and the washer knob needs replaced. Other than that no complaints.

The vacation rental satisfied our need we were able to accommodate our family of 6 Adults and two young children. The property description was accurate with location, layout and amenities. It needs some updating with the cushions in the enclosed patio on the 2nd floor. They should be stored away when not in use.The property was somewhat cleaned the cleaning crew could have done a better job. The barbecue grill was filthy it was unusable it should be replaced.The rental office provided good customer service with any of my request.We enjoyed downtown Gatlinburg, Dolly Wood, Skywalk bridge, Pirate Voyage Dinner & show and Ripley's Aquarium. The property was conveniently located between Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge. We saw many bears and cubs at Grotto Falls, Cataract Falls and Cades Cove - Great Smoky Mountains. Overall the vacation was a great success with family.

As a former cabin owner in Gatlinburg, I found the community itself to be very pretty and private. However, the cabin had many problems, like a noisy heating unit in the attic that kept waking us up through the night. The coffee pot was functional, but ancient, and much of the furnishings were tired and worn, especially the leather(?) sofa and chair upstairs. The provided hand soap was nice, but there was no soap tray in which to put it after use. And the sink in the upstairs bath was slow running. Lastly, I was suspicious about the cleaning before we arrived. We found a long, dark hair in our sink, though neither of us have long, much less dark hair, and we found coffee grounds in the coffee maker when we first made coffee the next morning. Most of all, we were annoyed by all the threatening notes throughout the house regarding fines and punishment. I would have thought one note would have been sufficient. Have you had trouble with frat parties?

We loved our short stay at this cabin, wish we could have stayed longer! The cabin was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and lots of kitchen basics. We loved how close it was to everything, but didn't feel like we were in the middle of downtown. We'd love to stay again next year

The porches were not cleaned up at all. There was sticky food stuff all over the table outside by the grill. The grill itself was filthy and most definitely needs replaced or refurbished. Leaves and dirt everywhere. I understand there will be leaves at autumn time but they didn't even try to sweep up anything. Porches were very dirty. The outside cigarette container caught on fire as there was paper and filth in it and it wasn't cleaned out. The cushions on the side porch were FILTHY and not even placed correctly on the chairs. The back was towards the front, the were placed sideways instead of vertically..the cleaning people didn't even place the dirty cushions correctly which, by the way, are removable for cleaning. They zip on and off and should have been laundered. The foot stools were all over the place and the table out there was gross and unclean too. There was ZERO dish detergent (like Dawn) to be able to wash down the counters and filthy tables with. There was food crumbs on the black chairs in the dining room, obviously not cleaned. The wet smelly mops and brooms and buckets were left in the corner of the kitchen. The arcade machine was broke too! This home needs revamped and updated. It wasn't ready at 3p which is your check in time. After traveling for 10 hours it's super unprofessional to ask your guests to "Find something to do" until your cleaning folks finish. How incredibly rude. By 3p that home should have been cleaned and ready to go. 2 woman cleaning that home would take at least 8 hours to do the job properly too. You need a much larger cleaning crew to be able to get in and out quicker than that. We understand each home is individually owned and will not be back to that home for sure. The staff was kind and professional, especially Carol, she's wonderful!

This cabin needs a new cleaning crew. We were contacted that our check in had to be delayed due to cleaning. However when we arrived there were cups with cigarettes on the patio and a dirty rag left behind. The toilet in the upstairs bath was very dirty and didn’t look like they had clean around it in years. The kitchen cabinet knobs we sticky and you could see the grim on the doors. All the mattresses need to be replaced and the curtains did not cover the windows properly. This cabin does not appear to be top priority for the owners.

I would not recommend this property. The property is in dire need of an update and cleaning. The furniture was nasty, decorative pillows inside and out were old and filthy. Cushions on outdoor furniture were filthy, needed to sit on a sheet. The outdoor table was dirty. It was dark, mainly because almost every fixture had light bulbs that were not working. The arcade game didn’t work. The hot tub, well let’s say like luke warm with only 3 jets working. Half bath toilet ran continuously. This whole ad for the cabin is very misleading. I totally understand a lightbulb out or a pillow dirty. When you are renting it out for a lot of money, these issues should be checked before each checkin by the managing company. I would suggest looking else where, to many options to choose from. Also, we were a group of 7 but someone would be very disappointed if they brought a group much bigger. Only 7 seats at the indoor table, missing one.seat. Just not what the ad described.

We stayed at a property called Four Seasons for a week.Elk Springs took care of all of our needs and were very responsive the couple of times we called them during our stay. The Four Seasons property could sleep 14 people, but our party was only 8, giving us plenty of space.This was a 3 story property with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a lower level, a main level with a kitchen eating area and den as well as a 1/2 bath and an upper level with another seating area, bedroom with a bath, a pool table and video game table.All of the bedrooms had king or queen size beds and one room had a bunk with 2 queens.There was a hot tub on the lower level and a grill on the main level.There were several outdoor decks, all with furniture for seating and one of the decks on the main level was enclosed with screen.The kitchen was nice sized and had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware and glassware.The inside was very clean.There were some things that weren't so great however.The living room furniture was truly awful, particularly on the main floor. The cushions were flat and wouldn't stay pushed back against the back of the couch, one of the cushions on the main floor was actually torn open in the back and we weren't aware of it until we began to see the pillow fill on the floor. The couch on the upper floor was so worn down that you sunk down into it.The grill was so dirty we chose not to use it and because it was so dirty, we were afraid to use the hot tub, so didn't even raise the cover.The bunk bed looked like the wood was cracked, so we wouldn't allow anyone to sleep up on top, and the lower bed seemed to have something wrong with the frame you sunk down into the mattress on one side.The property did come with some starter soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and toilet paper, but not nearly enough.You may also want to plan to bring your own towels as they were very abrasive.We would definitely stay in a

Beds were (beautifully) made of wood and had thick layer of dust on them. Carpets weren’t vacuumed but cabin was cozy. We were in the hot tub multiple times a day and after the 5th day we had to call maintenance to come and shock it. One of the bathroom tubs had sow bugs a.k.a. roly-poly‘s that wouldn’t stop coming out of the drain at one point there were five or six. Oh and make sure you are nearby to restart the dryer since it randomly stops mid-cycle. As much as we were charged, I’d look elsewhere.

We love the place, the location (easy drive everywhere!), the layout, and amenities, there were just so many issues we couldn't overlook.
Some of my family members are regular bath-takers. I ran to Food City to buy Epson salts only to find that the floor of the bathtub in the downstairs common bathroom was disgusting. If I had some Comet and a scrubber, I would have cleaned it myself. Additionally, the shower curtain had mold growing on it. It's surprising these issues were not noticed or addressed by the cleaning crew.
Secondly, my son (14) got in the hot tub (Which works well and seems clean) but when he got out he stepped in dog poo that was not noticed by the cleaners somehow.
There was some bit of dog food on the ground next to the couch in the living area.
My wife was browning some ground beef and the first spatula she used broke under normal use.
The streak knives in the steak block don't appear to have been cleaned. The first two I grabbed appeared to be used and unclean. But this is something I can understand missing. Perhaps the previous guests used them for something trivial and put them back in the block.
Both of the beds in the bunk room LOOK made, but after pulling back the quilt, I saw the bedsheet is nicely folded under the pillows and I had to make the beds at 11PM.
The arcade machine worked on day one but then never came back on.
The resort area is great. Not crowded and very quiet. But I just couldn't overlook all those issues

Pics make it look beautiful, but it needs a LOT of TLC. Two of the pullout beds were both broken - so we had to squish into the other beds and buy an air mattress. Very unpleasant as we paid to be able to use all bed spaces. This is a pet friendly cabin and we asked the maintenance company if they do a deep clean prior to, as we had 2 guests who had pet allergies. They assured us they cleaned it well, but when we got there, we wiped the stairs and saw way too much black dog hair. The hot tub water definitely wasn't drained and refilled as we could see dirt and other particles in it, so we didn't use that as it wasn't sanitary for our group. The bed sheets had stains on them and one of the rooms was never cleaned. Horrible cleaning job overall. Good location but very minimal parking space. Wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to others, based on the misleading facts posted on the website.

We got access to the cabin early and the customer service team let us know right away the washer was broken. They went above and beyond to make alternative arrangements for us to do laundry in another cabin. Great communication and assistance! Loved our stay!

The cabin was amazing. The only problem for us was there is no bedroom on the main floor and my sister is handicapped. The screened in porch was fantastic, but the chairs at the round card table were falling apart and we were nervous sitting in them! The outside deck furniture was fantastic and very well kept. We bought a knife that would actually cut something and left it there for the next guests to be able to use since the knives provided wouldn't cut butter, lol! Overall, it was an amazing stay.

just a few suggestions comments: 1. provide a better coffee pot,the coffee pot was horrible, there was a plastic taste in every pot, feel we paid top price for the cabin And the coffee pot was probably a $15 one. 2. just a few suggestions comments: 1. provide a better coffee pot,the coffee pot was horrible, there was a plastic taste in every pot, feel we paid top price for the cabin And the coffee pot was probably a $15 one. 2. Cabin was amazing! We had 18 people and everyone slept comfortably. The living space was big enough for everyone to enjoy together. Elk Springs were great. They checked in daily to make sure everything was good.

The cabin was beautiful!! It was so nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. We were able to take some nice walks along the road that loops the properties. It was so relaxing . We had our kids and grandkids along. It was nice to have space to spread out. We plan to visit again soon!!

My daughters, grandchildren and I stayed four days at the Four Seasons cabin and had a very good time. The cabin was clean and the location was off the beaten path and private. We all had enough space to sleep and play and the internet was excellent. The only complaint we had was the furniture in the main floor living area. The couches were old and worn and the cushions wouldn’t stay in the place. We will come back again.

Four seasons
The size and location of the cabin was good. You advertise this unit as a luxury cabin, it is not. The furniture on the main level was old and torn. The area rug was filthy, we had to put down a blanket over it for our 8 month old infant. The screen in porch was dirty (spider webs on the screens, couple of small holes in screen and old furniture ). The beds downstairs in the bunk room had hair everywhere. We had to was all the linen upon arrival. After stripping the beds there was a giant stain on the mattress protector that looked like blood stains. Master bedroom downstairs also had blood stains on the mattress protector. Upstairs in the game room again a filthy area rug, old furniture and the ottoman need to be replace the leg will fall out when you pickup to move. In the bedroom up there no light in the lamp.
For the money you charge you should update the property especially the curtains(they were wrinkled and not enough of them to fully close. You say the cabin will hold 14 people but the trash area is too small.
Would not recommend this unit unless updates were made.
