Situated in Tybee Island, this charming condo for $299 per night is a great option for your next break. Enjoy a quiet beach vacation from Bay View Villa 106. This Three bedroom, two bathroom condo, is located on the 1st-floor, with a private balcony where you have a glimpse of the Bay, just over the protected dunes. Guests will enjoy amazing sunrises and breathtaking sunsets from the semi-private beach. Easy beach access is available for guests residing in this building. Relax and soak up the sun in the gated complex's private pool, while breathing in the crisp ocean air. Guests will love professional touches and décor of this newly renovated condo. The living room greets you with an abundance of natural light pouring in from the large bay window and from the sliding glass door leading to the furnished, corner balcony. Enjoy meals together at the table which seats up to 5, with bar seating for up to 4. There is plenty of space to prepare and serve in the open kitchen and breakfast bar area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all new countertops and appliances including a Keurig Coffee maker. This condo offers all the luxuries and conveniences of home including a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Just off of the living room, you will find the primary bedroom complete with a King-size bed, private access to the attached balcony, a flat-screen TV, and an attached primary bathroom. The bathroom features a separate garden tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also furnished with a King bed and a large flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, one of which has a trundle bed (to accommodate up to 3 guests) and a Smart TV for streaming entertainment. The second full bathroom is located off the hallway and has a tub and shower combination. Bay View Villas is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves, a perfect spot to watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a community pool just for Bay View Villas, 3 tennis courts, private parking, and is a gated complex. Wireless Internet is available. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). This unit includes 2 reserved parking spaces. No pets. Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony. Please Note: Ocean view from this unit may be partially obstructed by the beautiful, natural dunes that are protected by the U.S. Department of Natural Resources. to start there is no way into the community without a gate key, having family traveling from out of state and us traveling from fl, it was a pain to coordinate who had gate key when, they should accommodate 2 keys per unit.
the view is dune facing with overgrown trees going into unit, you are on the end by the pool shower so no privacy at all, you get a view of the walkway to the ocean and trees.
speaking of the ocean, it’s more of a bay, expect ants galore on the beach, i’ve never seen so many ants, high tide is high tide you lose 12-20 feet of beach when it’s high tide, the water is brown so don’t expect to see anything. you will see fish jumping and dolphins in the distance.
as far as the condo, day 2/3 the washing machine in unit broke, we called tybee vacation rentals they said they were working on and sending vendor they never arrived. the condo had mold in showers, spare bathroom tub was slow to drain and we found alive and dead roaches.
this place is 1-2 stars max, the description is misleading. tybee is a quiet town, the food mediocre, we did go on a awesome boat tour at bull marina ( highlight of trip)
The pool was small and crowded for as many condos there are, and the pool chairs need replaced they are rusted and old and falling apart.
It was not the worst experience but it wasn’t the best, i will not be returning or recommending .

The property management was easy to deal with. The condo was amazing! Clean, nively decorated, well stocked, located near the pool & beach entrance. Thank you we will be back!

Property was not new, but it was very clean everything worked well. Quiet location, easy access to Tybee as well as Savannah.

Traveled with my in laws , our teen and toddler. The location was great. It was easy to get to the beach, pool.
The living room and dinning room did not have enough space for everyone (6 of us) to sit comfortably together. Though the living room chairs were the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. Also the beds were very comfortable. The TV in the living room and master bedroom did not work right. That irritated some family members, but I did not mind the quiet. Kitchen was well equiped. Pool are was really nice.

Nice Property
We enjoyed our stay at our condo. The initial check in was a little confusing as the direction from the office told us to turn right and it should have been left. Also, there is no clear marking of the building letters. Our condo was clean but a little dated. Our one and only hair dryer did not work. Location was nice being away from the main downtown area. Beach was clean and never crowded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this again.

Stayed here with friends. We were there for a soccer tournament, so we didn’t spend much time there, but the condo was clean and comfortable. We could walk to shops and restaurants, and yet easily drive to Savannah for the games. Check in/out couldn’t have been easier, and the lock was easy to figure out.

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean views. We sat on the porch and watched dolphins each morning and evening. It was within walking distance of coffee and shopping. It’s location was also close to downtown Savannah. It was a lovely place!

Everything was smooth. The only hiccup was the key code they gave us for the condo wouldn’t work. I had to call and try three other codes before we received the right one. Other than that, excellent stay!

Great location away from crowds
We were a group of friends who have been together for 30 years celebrating the oldest one's 88th birthday. Elevator was close, pool close, beach front room, nice ramp to inlet. We would do a repeat trip for sure.

Family time
We loved our stay in this condo. We came with our 3 adult children and their girlfriends/boyfriend and had plenty of room. The access to the beach was great and pool was clean. The entire property was beautiful. We loved that the beach was not crowded. Also no limit on good restaurants in the Tybee/ Savannah area. We will definately come back.

May 2019 Stay
My stay was pretty unpleasant. I have stayed here for a couple years now but never in room c106. I was not impressed did not seam very clean and the longer we was in the room more we started to bits all over us there was 8 of use total 4 of which where small children. I dont know if it was bed bugs of flees but I seen both during our stay. They moved us to a different room 1 mile up the road to the part of the beach where my 4 children could not swim and enjoy themselves. Tybee rental maid out like it was our fault or we was getting bug from the beach. They did nothing as far as reimbursement or discounting our stay. Was very unhappy with the lack of professionalism and customer service.

First time on Tybee Island, and we fell in love. Our condo was clean , neat and great beach decor. Very spacious. Although we stayed in winter the temperature was still good. We will definitely be back.

This villa is absolutely beautiful!!! This is our third trip to tybee with our girl group. We are a group of educators who get together to decompress and celebrate the strength of our friendship. We loved the villa and will definitely be back!
