Decorated to make you feel at home in a nautical theme! Bedroom, unit a/c & heat, kitchen, microwave, 2 burner cook top, large refrigerator, dining (bistro) area, double recliner love seat, bathroom, living room, private patio with gas bar b q, private yard. 40" HDTV in living room, 32" bedroom TV, electric fireplace, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, Direct TV, 2 car paved parking, quiet neighborhood, less than 500' from river! 4 miles from shopping & restaurants. This is a dander free facility...sorry no pets allowed

This cottage really is a hidden gem. 'A Shore Thing' sits beautifully right by a creek on the fringe of the state park, making it the ultimate peaceful retreat. The indoor living space is charming and quaint, but we spent so much of our time enjoying the enclosed porch and the absolutely gorgeous, manicured yard—it truly feels like a private paradise. To make things even better, our hosts, Candy and Don, were incredibly gracious and considerate. It was the perfect weekend getaway!

Everything was excellent, we really enjoyed our stay. Both Don and Candy went above and beyond taking care of us. We definitely want to go back and stay again. They were so sweet and caring. Everything was perfect!!
