I booked a waterfront hot tub getaway, but that is not what I received. We were 2 females in our lat

The trailer was cute. The beds were wonderful

Could not access most of the amenities. The creek was inaccessible, the hot tub, not maintained inaccessible, no lighting, the steps leading down to the deck very dangerous, no lighting slip strips are coming up, the umbrella on the porch was broken, the grass is overgrown. The cornhole boards were inaccessible. The fire pit was inaccessible filled full of wood underneath a overhanging tree.Lamb getting down to the fire pit stepping off the deck is inaccessible. In the living room. If you sit on the couch, you cannot watch t. V, so, you have to sit in these little half. Moon chairs only 2 seating to watch television, which is horribly uncomfortable. There's a TV in the bedroom, but you have to share a remote with the front of the house which is ridiculous. The blinds that cover the sliding glass doors. Are inappropriate. The lock on the bathroom door is a spoon..
