This beautiful and spacious home offers a handicap accessible (main level only), 9 bedroom, 8 bathroom, fully equipped log home that offers tons of great amenities, in a beautiful Smoky Mountain setting. Offering everything from two outdoor hot tubs and a game room with a pool table, to a romantic fireplace and bedside Jacuzzi, you are sure to fall in love with this log cabin retreat. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and dining areas to prepare and enjoy tasty meals and snacks, with room for the whole family. This cabin IS equipped with WIRELESS HIGH-SPEED INTERNET!! Very convenient. Lots of space. The end tables in the bedrooms needed some attention. They were dusty and something had been spilled in one of the rooms like pop or something. Overall it was very nice and I would recommend it or stay there again.

It was a great stay for our family reunion. There was plenty of parking and handicap accessible. Kitchen was well equipped. The only thing that for 20 people we needed another fridge.

This property can sleep 30, but is not made to accommodate 30 for anything else. Only one washer worked; the kitchen is small and only one refrigerator, one stove, and one dishwasher are provided. Our family has stayed at other VRBOs for these trips and had much better experiences. There were lights not working all through the house, air hockey table missing necessary parts, mildew covering curtain liners, etc. Nice house just needs a lot of work.

PROS: Plenty of room for our family of 17. Great location. Close to town but quiet.

The house was nice and clean. When we got there, no puck or fresh chalk for the pool table. However, when we called for the missing items all were sent to the house in a timely manner.

Our family and friends stayed together for a long weekend. Cabin was great and had plenty of room for us all. Only complaint is need Lighting outside where the Hot Tub is on 3rd level. Other than that everyone had a great time.

We planned this weekend so that my entire work family could come up and get away from our normal day to day. The cabin was clean and a great size for the amount of people we brought. Everyone was able to have space to themselves but also spend time together when wanted.

Christmas Family Trip
This cabin was perfect for our large family of 17..The cabin has four levels and is spread out so everyone had their own space and privacy..The cabin was very clean and everything worked..The location is really good as you are just three minutes from the Pigeon Forge strip and Publix is only 2 minutes away..We used the hottub twice and used the BBQ for steaks and burgers..couldn't be more pleased and will return for sure!!

NICE HOUSE. GREAT SERVICE. GOOD TIME.
9 Bedrooms and a wheelchair ramp sold us on the property. Before we got there, we called for directions to the office after going through Gatlinburg which seemed wrong. The staff patiently guided us to the office. Check-in was a breeze. Instructions about the house and how to check out were simple and easy to follow. We were also very pleased with Martin who met us at the house, showed us how to work the TV's; picked up trash; and fixed the foosball table and leaking drain on the kitchen sink. He was always a phone call away, prompt, courteous, and a great ambassador for your service. We liked all the bedrooms and especially the seating capacity for everyone n the dining area.
The only negatives were 1) how complicated it seemed to find the house. (OK, that's on us) It took us a couple of days to get it. and 2) the condition of the gas grill. We left it better than we found it. And a suggestion: it would have been nice to have had a guide for the TV's indicating what stations were which so we didn't have to scroll through to find what we wanted to watch.
Overall 5 stars. If it weren't for Martin, a smaller number. Great house. Thanks for a nice visit.

Smookie Mountain Heaven
The property is very accommodating for a large group, it really helped having 2 washer and dryers. Enjoyed the hot tubs and beautiful location. Took long walks every day, close to attractions. Very good place to go for every age. Staff made sure trash was gone early no problem with critters. We have Verizon and had no problem with service, everyone else with other carriers did.

Ladies Retreat
Other than the nightly raccoon visitors getting into our garbage cans it was fantastic. We did have a chair to break while just sitting in it. The lady was just sitting there and all of a sudden the chair started leaning and then she was on the floor. She didn't get hurt but scared all of us.

We did not encounter any issues with the cabin. It is in a great location. Would gladly stay there again.

Overall a great experience.
Cabin was very well maintained. Only issue was we called to have exterior garbage emptied after our first night and no one ever came to take it. The pool table equipment and the air hockey table could use some attention as well. Overall, me and my guests were all very pleased with the accommodations and will definitely return.
