Enter from the carport on the ground level. This entry level houses 'The Alcove' with a comfortable queen bed and 32in 'smart' TV with Netflix. Especially popular with teenagers but comfortable enough for adults! One story up is the main living area including a living room with 60in flat screen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix) and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining area has a table with seating for 8 and the well-stocked kitchen has a bar with 5 barstools. There is a half bath on this floor and, most importantly, an oceanfront deck off the living room with a table for 6 and the walkway to the beach! There is also a comfortable outdoor sofa & chairs on this porch. A short walk down the walkway and you are in the sand! The top floor has an oceanfront master suite with a very comfortable king bed, 39in flat screen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix) and private bath with shower. Doors from this bedroom lead to the top deck for the best views of the ocean by day, stars by night. This is a great spot for sunbathing on the 4 lounge chairs and stargazing at night! The other two bedrooms are also found on this level. Bedroom 2 has another comfortable queen bed and 32in flatscreen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix). The 3rd bedroom, or 'Bunk Room', is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunk beds and a 32in flatscreen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix). There is a full bath in the hallway serving these two bedrooms with a tub/shower. Other great features include a gas grill (located in carport) for grilling fresh local seafood or steaks. There is an outdoor hot/cold shower for rinsing off the sand on your way in from a day relaxing and playing on the beach. There are loads of games, books and recent magazines for your enjoyment as well. 'Crowded' is not part of our vocabulary on this part of North Topsail Beach. There is plenty of room for your family to spread out chairs and blankets, play corn hole, bocci ball or paddle ball, throw the football or frisbee and play your favorite beach tunes, without disturbing, or being disturbed, by others. Rest easy as the kids play in the surf, protected by a sand bar about 30-40 feet out, or in the tidal pools that may appear late in the day. Enjoy great surf fishing around the posts of a former pier north of the house or surf and boogie board the waves. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the long days of summer. And by summer, we mean May through October, at least!

Not only was this our first family vacation in many years, but it was my niece's 1st birthday as well. The house blew our expectations out of the water. It was clean, well kept, and had our own private direct access to the beach. Amy was very easy to reach via text when needed and responded quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and plan to come back next year!

Amazing vacation beach house!!!
The rental was pristine and had everything we needed to jumpstart our vacation week. The views from the balcony were amazing. Beach was clean and spacious even with the neighboring rentals. Amy was so accommodating and always readily available if we needed her. So close to everything (grocery, restaurants, shopping, ice cream). Can't wait to book again!

This place was fantastic! Well appointed, everything you could need, especially in the kitchen area. And, on top of it all, location, location, location. My wife and I especially enjoyed the top-floor balcony, where we could sit for hours and just enjoy the view! Thanks to the owner! We will return.

Finding shark's teeth turned out to be an unexpected activity for all ages. On our last morning we found that a sea turtle had come ashore and laid eggs in the dune at the house next door!

Three generations of us enjoyed our 2 weeks at the beach. The beach wasn't crowded and there was still plenty of room even at high tide. Finding shark's teeth turned out to be an unexpected activity for all ages. On our last morning we found that a sea turtle had come ashore and laid eggs in the dune at the house next door!

A Wonderful Beach house!
This beach house definitely lived up to it's photos on VRBO. We loved the beachfront location, the decks, and the inside was so comfortable! The house itself is well maintained and up to date. The kitchen was really nice and the house was supplied with all the tools we needed to make our meals. The furniture on both decks was sturdy and perfect for our needs. We loved sitting on the main/lower deck reading and listening to the ocean waves! And one day when the winds were high we laid out on the deck outside the master BR. The owners are very nice and responsive. We had a small issue with the outside water hose the day of our arrival and the owners came over that day to fix it for us! We were so excited to find such a great house that allows dogs. With pet friendly rentals you never know what you're going to get, but this house is in tip-top shape and you honestly couldn't see evidence of previous dogs anywhere! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy a beachfront getaway at Topsail!

Great place for us and the dogs!
We LOVED this townhome in Topsail. Amy was super responsive (we had some issues with the TV at first) and addressed any concerns we had very quickly. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the views were awesome. This was a perfect place for dogs ... the floors were great and easy to clean up (we have 2 dogs so I vaccuumed a couple of times to help with the hair and sand). We will definitely stay again, can't wait until our next beach trip!

This was our first visit to North Topsail Beach and it won't be our last. The home was beautiful! Great location! Cute home!
Beautiful views and loved being right on the beach. House had good supplies, however stove was hard to regulate. Didn’t preheat well but if you used quick preheat, it seemed to overheat. Maybe we were just not using it properly. The grill also struggled to come to temperature. Other than making sure we gave ourselves plenty of preheating time for dinner, we had a great experience and enjoyed our entire visit.

The tile floor of the shower was pink from residue. The shower curtain as well. The cleaning lady showed up a day early, parked in the driveway, walked over to our rental and started pulling trash cans to the curb. We introduced ourselves and informed her that we were aware of the rules and days and that when we were finished for the evening, we would take the appropriate cans to the curb. She then proceeded to ask us if we knew when we were leaving the next day. We informed her that she could access the unit after 10am (our checkout time).

Absolutely perfect location, pristine beach and ample space for 7 people to relax. Was an eventful week with hurricane Isaias coming through but the owner Amy was highly responsive throughout.

Great place for a getaway
The house was great. It sits right on the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. It was perfect for a family getaway. Amy was also great. She was quick to respond to text and very friendly. Will definitely be returning!!!

Fabulous!
Three moms and 6 kids stayed at Sea La Vie and everyone is already looking forward to staying again next summer. House was excellent, beach was right out the back door, Amy was an incredible host that was super responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend this house!

A lovely beach stay!
We usually stay in Surf City when we come to Topsail, but will be much more inclined to stay north in the future. Amy was very helpful, the house is lovely and very comfortable, and worked really well for three generations and a dog : ) The weather could have been more cooperative, but a great house for rainy days, too.

SeaLaVie Exceeds Expectations! Clean, Beautifully Furnished, Excellent Location
First of all, Amy the owner was outstanding to work with. I had a couple questions during stay and she was always quick to respond graciously. Super clean and well furnished. The linens included for week were wonderful. No beds to make. That was a little thing that was really a big thing. Top deck view was my favorite place, especially in moonlight. So PEACEFUL!! Location was great and not a crowded area on the beach our week. We loved our time there!!

Great Beach Front Property
We enjoyed our vacation so much more having a fabulous beach front home to enjoy. It made going to the beach so much easier having children. This property was recently renovated, and all of the upgrades were amazing. There were two things that I was a little disappointed with and I'm sure both of these things are out of the control of the owners. The windows facing the beach are clouded over so it takes away from the view of the ocean. (I'm sure keeping them clean is an impossible job) Also, the other side owner was extremely rude at first meeting. He arrived and our Ford Dually had it's rear tires over the line about 2-3 feet at the back of the parking area. He made sure to knock on our door and tell us to move it. He also pointed out the property line. I appreciate the fact that it is their property, but I guess the approach was harsh considering he didn't even come close to needing that 2-3 foot space. There again no fault of the owner of Sea La Vie
