About this house rental
Located in North Topsail Beach, this attractive house for $546 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Oceanfront! Updated, beautifully furnished, immaculately maintained duplex ready for your beach vacation memories to be created. New for 2024 -- Tesla EV Charger - Charging 11.5 KW / 48 AMP Output - 24 Foot Cable Length (for non-Tesla you may need to bring J1772 Adapter) If booked or you need more room, check out sister properties: 'Up On The Roof' - VRBO #553663 and #705692 and "Sea La Vie" #493339. The spacious driveway offers plenty of parking - there's even room for you to park your boat. Enter from the carport on the ground level. This entry level houses 'The Alcove' with a comfortable queen bed and 32in 'smart' TV with Netflix. Especially popular with teenagers but comfortable enough for adults! One story up is the main living area including a living room with 60in flat screen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix) and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining area has a table with seating for 8 and the well-stocked kitchen has a bar with 5 barstools. There is a half bath on this floor and, most importantly, an oceanfront deck off the living room with a table for 6 and the walkway to the beach! There is also an outdoor sofa and chairs on this porch. A short walk down the walkway and you are in the sand! The top floor has an oceanfront master suite with a very comfortable king bed, 39in flat screen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix) and private bath with shower. Doors from this bedroom lead to the top deck for the best views of the ocean by day, stars by night. This is a great spot for sunbathing on the 4 lounge chairs and stargazing at night! The other two bedrooms are also found on this level. Bedroom 2 has another comfortable queen bed and 32in flatscreen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix). The 3rd bedroom, or 'Bunk Room', is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunk beds and a 32in flatscreen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix). There is a full bath in the hallway serving these two bedrooms with a tub/shower. Other great features include a gas grill (located in carport) for grilling fresh local seafood or steaks. There is a hose here for rinsing off the sand on your way in from a day relaxing and playing on the beach. There are games and books for your enjoyment as well. 'Crowded' is not part of our vocabulary on this part of North Topsail Beach. There is plenty of room for your family to spread out chairs and blankets, play corn hole, bocci ball or paddle ball, throw the football or frisbee and play your favorite beach tunes, without disturbing, or being disturbed, by others. Rest easy as the kids play in the surf, protected by a sand bar about 30-40 feet out, or in the tidal pools that may appear late in the day. Enjoy great surf fishing around the posts of a former pier north of the house or surf and boogie board the waves. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the long days of summer. And by summer, we mean May through October, at least!

We were looking to celebrate my husband's birthday with our children and this place delivered. The property was within steps of the beach, clean and well-appointed. Would highly recommend!

My family and I spent an extended weekend from 10/6 to 10/9. The house is in a great spot with direct access to the beach. Everything we needed was in the house and more. The owner was in contact with me from the first moment of reserving the house till the day I left. I happen to meet the neighbors who were also amazing people. We had a great time. I would definitely rent this house again in the future. Thank you for everything.

God’s Grace was a perfect location for a family beach stay. We loved the private access to the beach, the primary suite’s lulling sounds of the ocean at night, and ease to fit our family of 7 with our small dog.
Amy was a pleasure to work with and incredibly helpful. Our only complaint was the kitchen, it wasn’t very clean and Amy immediately offered to have the cleaning crew come again.

Very clean and fully stocked. The location on the beach was spot on for us. We like a relaxed and quiet area and this hit the spot. To get to more commercial areas, it was only a 6 or so mile trip to Surf City so very convenient. It was also just a short 4-5 mile trip across the North bridge to Sneads Ferry. The house was very clean inside. The outside was your typical beach house with a few years under its belt (the salt is very hard on everything) so it’s going to need some attention soon. We had a full house with 8 people and it was a little cramped but not horrible. Communication with the owner could not be better and we had no issues with anything not working or being broken. If I were to be critical of anything it would be not having an outside water hose to wash things off. They had a hand held shower head but a garden hose would be a nice addition. The outside deck and walkway to the beach is going to need some attention soon as well. Again, the salt is hard on everything! This wasn’t the nicest beach house that I’ve ever stayed in but it was far from the worst as well. I would say it’s a solid 4 star beach house with a 5 star location.

We spent three amazing weeks at God’s Grace! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with our family! The location was excellent and it was easy to get to destinations on either end of the island. God’s Grace was clean and had all of the amenities you would want/need. The level of comfort we felt really made it feel like home and we cannot wait to return someday.

We loved our time at God's Grace - everything was perfect from the time we pulled in until we left. We wanted a place on on the beach for vacation - with room for 6 kids, private, not crowded beach, amenties and close to things. This location was perfect. Amy was an amazing host - very responsive to all questions before and after stay. We will be looking to stay here again!! And recommending it to others!

The location right on the beach was relaxing to see and hear and super convenient to access with littles and all the gear.
It was nice to have bedding and bath towels provided, as that seems less common these days.
Nice updates were made to the house. When we reached out to the rental company regarding some minor findings they were very responsive.
Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay.

The Karen Beasley turtle rescue/hospital was a great experience, I recommend going. And there were two turtle nests near us on the beach, one was a Green Turtle nest and the other a Logger neck. We had hoped the baby turtles would emerge before we left, but this didn't happen...still it was fun to see the nests and talk to all the knowledgeable people who cared for them. Next trip maybe we'll get to see what the call a "Turtle Boil"!
But back to the house, it was lovely, clean, comfortable, even the beds!!! Also, the pretty salmon color of the house made it easy to find our way home after long walks! Thanks for a wonderful vacation Amy!!
