About this house rental
Nestled in Graeagle, this lovely house for $467 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beautiful home with a gorgeous view - located a short stroll (3 blocks) from downtown. This modern, yet rustic retreat is perfect for groups and families wanting to be in the action of town, but feel like they are isolated on a meadow far from civilization. This home has hiking and biking trails that start within 50 yards of the front door. The public picnic area and park are a block away. The Mill Pond and the Little Red Shops are all a short three block walk away. The home is fully stocked for your next, perfect family vacation!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The house was absolutely beautiful, and very spacious. The pictures did not do it justice! I enjoyed cooking Thanksgiving dinner in the large and cook-friendly kitchen while watching deer in the meadow. My husband enjoyed tinkering with the woodburning stove. The kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs. The house was large for the 4 of us- it could easily hold a larger group and would be great for entertaining! The neighborhood was very peaceful and centrally located, though this time of year most of the restaurants are closed for the season. As such, there isn’t much to do this time of year since there is no snow yet, it is too cold for golf/hiking, and it is a very small town with very limited services-note that you should bring groceries with you! However, the house was so delightful to hang out in that we didn’t need much else.
As for constructive feedback, as some other reviewers noted, we also would have preferred some type of window covering for the downstairs bedroom and firmer pillows. Also, some of the information that was provided in the vrbo materials is no longer accurate, such as the keypad checkin and the trash disposal process. Overall, this was minor in the grand scheme of things. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely return- probably in the summer when there is more to do.

Everything about the cabin was perfect: the layout, the decor, the location. We enjoyed 3 wonderful nights with family and friends, went hiking and swimming in the local lakes by day, and had cozy game nights by the fire pit by night. Would highly recommend this cabin for anyone traveling to the Graeagle area, we will definitely be back!!

Amazing beyond our expectations
I reached out to Brandee over a year ago to book this house for my son's wedding at Twenty Mile House. This house was stunning - beyond our expectations. Everything from the location to the beautiful interior layout to the outside deck facing the meadows and the fire pit. We were able to entertain out of state visitors, host a small bbq and feel comfortable just relaxing. We didn't need a thing - you could walk to town...we were close to the wedding venue. I can't wait to stay there again! Simply the most ideal home we have stayed in on VRBO

Location is perfect also with a spectacular view of the meadow looking all the way across to where Frostee's is located (just to the right out of view). One suggestion, in the master bedroom (the master bathroom is FAB) perhaps some blinds or curtains so the occupant(s) has the option for a darker morning. Privacy is not an issue. Only notation would be that the cleaners need to there job a bit better. Guests before us clearly had a dog inside and I 'swiffered' twice while I we were there to collect dog hair. Good thing we do not have allergies. Making this note about the cleaners would in no way deter us from coming back to the property. It is excellent. My wife is already trying to find some time where we can go back.

Delightful Deluxe Location & Accommodations
From booking to check-in, this is a first class experience and property in a wonderful part of Northern California. The location is a wonderful combination of mountain views and open meadow plus walking distance to town!
Our guests included a family from Thailand that had never played in the snow. The experience created by this splendid home was a lifetime memory for all. We'll be back!

Graeagle Weekend Wedding
We rented this cabin for the weekend our daughter was getting married at Twenty Mile House. The location was perfect and the cabin is stunning - even better than the pictures. The decor is amazing with all the barn doors and the outside deck was perfect for a post-wedding family brunch. This property is fabulous and the owner Brandee was a sweetheart to work with. For sure, we will be renting this property again.

The kids enjoyed the swings and the yard, my FIL enjoyed the wildlife and the proximity to hikes, and it was easy for my mom to get around as it was important to have a bedroom and full bath on the main floor. The kitchen had an amazing range and was fully stocked so we could easily make meals. It is a beautiful property!

My family and I had a great time staying here. We’ve rented a number of different places in Graeagle, but this place was at the top! It was clean, well furnished and stocked, comfortable, and located so close to town. We really want to come back to it in the summer!!
Brandee was so amazing to work with. She was very responsive and friendly. We had never been to Graeagle in the winter, and she gave us so many fun ideas and activities with great directions so we could get there! We went snowshoeing - something we’d never even think of - and had a great time!!
This was truly a great place and experience. We’re sold on Graeagle for the winter as well as summer now. You can tell when working with Brandee how much she loves the house as well as the town. It really come through and makes a difference!!

This home is beautiful and inviting. It won’t disappoint in any way. The home was very clean with plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside. The layout is very well thought out which was important for my mother-in-law who cannot climb stairs (there is a large master bedroom and bathroom downstairs). All of the rooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable, we slept great. The kitchen was very well stocked and chef friendly. The deck and backyard area has swings, a very nice fire pit area with comfortable seating, and stunning views. Many deer would visit the meadow each evening. This home was very inviting, peaceful and healing. The town of Graeagle is also very inviting, peaceful, and healing! We had great phone and internet reception in the home as well (zoom & distance learning). The home exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. We loved this house so much, my MIL asked if it was for sale! The home, the yard (fenced) and the scenery was gorgeous and did not disappoint. We will absolutely rent again.

Amazing Cabin!
Our stay in Graeagle was one of the best trips we’ve had. The house was very clean. The host was quick to respond to any questions and even went out of her way to let us know about a pop up concert in town while we were there. The backyard view of the Graeagle meadows was a bonus too! Close to golf, lakes and fishing. We will be back soon! :-)

Very happy with one exception
we loved the house and our stay, the only complaint/criticism we have is that there was way too much personal effects of the owners around the house. the worst part was the razor and gross, old, and stained loofa brush in the master bathroom shower. there was also a red stained splotch on the shower floor.

Family Comfortable
This is our first time renting a home for vacation. We were a little apprehensive at first thinking it might feel strange living in someone else's home. However, this home is inviting and relaxing. It didn't take long to feel at home and comfortable. We had a wonderful time enjoying the comfy furniture and beautiful outdoors. We had deer visit the apple tree in the back and a couple of fox checking out the back deck at night.
This home has everything you need to have a stress free, enjoyable and relaxing stay.
I think it says it all when while there you are already imagining your next stay in the home.

Old Guy Reunion
Seven old friends from high school 1961. We get together once a year somewhere in the country for golf and fishing. This was the best home we have rented in the eight years we have done this. Great house in a great location. It had everything we could ask for. Outstanding living and sleeping areas, and a modern well equipped kitchen.
