Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this charming house for $299 per night is a great choice for your next break. Featured on HGTV's - Beach Front Bargain Hunt (episode 1108)! Sandwitches Cottage is a classic Carolina style beach cottage featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each side of the cottage has a Queen bedroom and a Kids bedroom... complete with twin bunk beds and a full size bed. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects both bedrooms on either side of the house. All 4 bedrooms have wall mounted, flat screen TV's. TWO luggage racks are conveniently located in EACH of the 4 bedrooms (1 in each closet and one next to bed). The center of the cottage features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Modern updates include stainless steel appliances, sea glass inspired backsplash and beautiful white quartz counter tops. A nautical chandelier and dual motor vintage ceiling fan adds to the charm of this classic beach cottage. A large front deck, with ocean views and comfortable seating is a great place for families and friends to relax and unwind while enjoying morning coffee or an evening cocktail. A "pebbled" parking area under the cottage provides ample parking along with additional relaxation space perfect for grilling and enjoying the outdoors. You will find a picnic/game table (tic-tac-toe & checker board top!), corner bench seat with table, and built in tiki-bar counter with stools. A hand painted shuffleboard and hopscotch area along with corn-hole game provides hours of family fun! Adirondack chairs and 2 large hammocks encourage relaxation as you take in the salt air and ocean breezes. A large, enclosed outdoor shower (hot & cold water) is perfect for rinsing off the sand from a long, lazy day at the beach. Plenty of boat cleats and hooks to hang towels and bathing suits. The beach access is conveniently located just a few houses down on Shelby Street...a short 2 minute stroll! Close enough to the cottage for lunch and bathroom breaks! Amazing location, just 2 blocks from the pier and center of town! Leave the cars in the driveway and conveniently walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, beach shops or a fun game of putt-putt! Everything that OIB has to offer is in close proximity to our family beach cottage. Sandwitches Cottage is a magical place that is sure to provide many wonderful memories of Summers spent with family and friends at the beach. This is a Non-Smoking property. Pets are NOT allowed. *Bed linens are delivered from a local linen service and will be delivered to the cottage on the day of your arrival and picked-up on the morning of your scheduled departure. *Bath towels / Bath mats & Beach towels are NOT provided. For your convenience, these items can be ordered through Care Linen Service.

Just spent a week at Sandwitches cottage and it was fantastic. Cottage was perfect size for family of 5. The place was fully equipped with several amenities. Close to the pier to either walk or bike ride. We enjoyed the ocean view from the deck as well as the games underneath. Outdoor shower was a huge plus too. Great communication with owner from Day 1. I would highly recommend this place!

The week at the house was fine the problem started when we returned home and were told they were not returning some of the damage deposit. There was some sand in a tub and the housekeeper said she had to spend extra time getting Drano. We only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms, never cooked a meal there- we had other family nearby in a larger house with a big kitchen for family meals. Never used the oven, pots and pans. But the housekeeper said the Drano took extra time. She also seems to spend a lot of time on her phone texting to the homeowners in New York about the job she is hired to do. If she didnāt want to clean houses then maybe she is in the wrong line of work. The owners- in New York- take the side of the housekeeper and charged for some sand at the beach. There are also a lot of personal items at the house and it makes it hard to find a clear area to put things. I moved some items so the the young boys with us wouldnāt bother them or break them and the housekeeper reported that we had āredecoratedā. It was to protect the items from any mishap. I tried to put everything back in itās place. The house is over stuffed with trinkets and signs but we were fine with all that until the owner started itemizing things the housekeeper had to do that they considered extra- not ever giving any thought to the areas of the house that were unused and untouched. The sand in the tub came from a previously clogged drain that didnāt drain well after one shower- it was never used again.

The cottage was great. We really enjoyed the spacious deck with views of the ocean. Beach chairs, bikes and sand toys are plentiful in the shed. Kitchen had every appliance we needed and there is a separate pantry cabinet for your non-perishable items. A convenient charcoal grill is just down the back stairs.

The home was perfect for our weekend getaway for my Nephews wedding. The house has everything youāll need. Super kid friendly. The gates to the porches was amazing to keep the 2 and 5 year old from the stairs! Perfect walk to the beach! We had an amazing time there!

Everything was amazing for our extended family. Iāve never seen a house so well equipped! Walk to beach was extremely easy and the teens walked to ice cream and mini golf by themselves easily. With so many gigantic houses going up where cute little cottages like this used to be, I was thrilled to stay in the charm of a true beach house. Thank you!

The beach house was beautiful. My granddaughter loved the mermaid themed bedroom. My 4 year old grandson slept in a top bunk bed for the 1st time in the boat and water themed bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. We all enjoyed some corn hole competition. We were able to walk to the park, putt-putt and pier for early evening entertainment. The beach access was just a few minutes walk. It was a fun week.

Perfect Getaway!
We absolutely loved this house for our recent stay! Excellent space for families, especially with the boys and girls bunk rooms!Seconds from beach access which wasnāt crowded at all! Short walk to restaurants! House had so many amenities! More amenities than any other VRBO that we have previously stayed. Owners were very quick to respond! Would definitely book again!

The only feedback from all of us that stayed is that the various door codes were a lot to keep up with and the front door was a little finicky when we made our personalized code. And to make the back porch safer/kid friendly, some screens or railing should be installed as a small child could easily fall through the open space. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

We rented for a joint family vacation with my sister and her family. The house was clean and well maintained. We cooked fresh fish from the local market nearly every night for dinner. The location was perfect. The beach access was just across the road and a few houses down. My sister and her fiancĆ© are sun worshipers and spent every hour they could at the beach. Me and my family like activities and had no trouble finding things to do. The location is easy to get to and not too far from anything you may want to do. Ocean Isle Beach is fantastic and this house is amazing. We had a total of 10 people and were at capacity with beds. It didnāt feel overcrowded and we had a blast here. I would recommend this house 100% and will definitely rent again the next time we come to Ocean Isle.
