Street is a direct beach access and house has EVERYTHING you need and more! This spacious, open floor plan home sleeps 12 and has 2,034 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a prime location on the quiet West End side of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina! Just a quick three minute stroll directly down the street to the beach, or walk the opposite way to Jinks Creek. Conveniently located to the pier, restaurants, ice cream shops, mini-golf, the Museum of Coastal Carolina, Ingram Planetarium, numerous golf courses and more! Ocean Isle Beach is centrally located between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Quick drives to all Brunswick County Beaches (Holden, Oak Island, Sunset Beach) and Southport as well. The house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, and the front door has a convenient coded lock - no worries about lost keys. Also, the entire HVAC system is new to provide comfortable temperatures during your stay. The living room has recently been updated with a new couch, rug, artwork, console and 75" Frame TV by Samsung. Live TV is available via Spectrum. The media console has games and puzzles for all ages. Relax instantly as you look down the street from the front porch to the ocean or inside from the kitchen windows to Jinks Creek. The updated, fully equipped kitchen provides all the things you need to make this feel like a home away from home during your stay. New refrigerator, stove, shiplap, light fixtures, countertops, sink, faucet, barstools and dining table highlight the recent updates. The kitchen also comes stocked with full sets of pots and pans, serving dishes and trays, skillet, slow-cooker, food processor, toaster, blender, and much more. Regardless how you prefer your coffee, we have you covered with a 12-cup programmable coffee pot, Keurig, coffee bean grinder and even an espresso machine! Unlike many short-term rentals, we want you to feel relaxed from the moment you cross over the bridge, so we include new/fresh basic amenities in a ‘pay it forward concept’ to make sure you are ready, so you don't have to rush back to the store the moment you arrive. The main level has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds and one with a Full-over-Full bunk set, 1 full bath and a laundry room with separate washer and dryer. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, both with King beds & both with full bathrooms within them making for 2 'master' bedrooms. Linens are not provided; however, they can be rented or brought from home. Both upstairs bedrooms are also equipped with TVs for streaming with your Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV or other device. Outdoors, you will find two covered porches (front and back), an outdoor shower, water hose, a newly purchased gas grill and a storage room. The storage room includes for your use: a second refrigerator (for your extras!), cooler, portable charcoal grill, cornhole boards and bags, horseshoes game, 2 beach cruisers, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart/buggy, boogie boards, skimboard, fishing rod, a hammock and more! Additional amenities include: Pack n' Play, baby gate, Fisher Price booster chair, iron, ironing board, hairdryers, and extra blankets and pillows. You can comfortably park 4 cars and 1 golf cart. A golf cart is not included, however, we provide recommendations for local rentals. WOW!!! We absolutely loved this house it was beautiful decorated and everything and more that we needed. We loved the location very easy to get to ocean , and l can’t say enough about all that we didn’t have to pack like bikes, corn hole, floats , umbrella , floats, sand toys, it was GREAT! I also forgot wagon to haul your things in especially when you got children . We had a wonderful time and had the best hostess she is great to work with . Thank you so much for the best memories in this great house. I definitely recommend

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible beach house for a memorable vacation, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was immediately struck by the impeccable interior design and attention to detail. This beach house is an absolute gem, boasting a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern elegance. The cleanliness of the house was truly exceptional. Every room was spotless, and it was evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. The entire property was exceptionally well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. We'll definitely book another weekend this summer!

This was a last minute booking on my part and we hit the jackpot! This home is absolutely beautiful and was just renovated and listed for rent. I was nervous since there were no reviews yet and typically only book homes with a long history of good reviews. It truly exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable and very well equipped. I was impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, coffee makers, etc. anything you would need, was there. Also the storage room of beach equipment- beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 beach cruiser bicycles, corn hole, extra refrigerator etc was so nice to have access to. The beds were all very comfortable, there is a very large flat screen tv mounted on the wall in the living room which we enjoyed watching when it rained. The location of the house was excellent - short walk to the beach, the house is on a quiet street, I never heard any neighbors. Honestly, it was just perfect in every way and I would definitely rent this home again! Ocean Isle is a lovely beach- I had 3 teenage girls with me and felt completely safe letting them go off without me. Monica, the owner was very friendly, communicative and helpful. You won’t go wrong staying here!
