Situated in Ocean Isle Beach, this lovely house for $420 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to Barefoot on the Beach! With enough space to sleep up to 15 guests, this 2nd row beach house is the perfect destination for large families or groups of friends looking to soak up the sun and surf. The house features an inverted floor plan with an elevator, ensuring that all guests can easily access all levels of the home. Barefoot on the Beach is less than a mile from OIB Town Center Park which makes it very convenient to enjoy all the fun activities sponsored by the town of OIB, including the popular summer concert series, outdoor movies and weekly farmers market. You are also just a short walk from the pier, mini-golf, restaurants and more. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for all guests. Each of the 5 bedrooms has deck access, so you can wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The house boasts 2 family rooms with large Smart TVs, a full size washer and dryer and wireless high speed internet throughout the home. Each bedroom is also equipped with smart TVs with Roku. Take advantage of the gorgeous views of the ocean from the observation deck on the 3rd level. There are decks on the 1st and 2nd floors, perfect for lounging in the sun or enjoying a meal with friends and family. The house also features a private pool with the ability to be heated during the cooler months, and outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. For those who love to cook, the fully stocked kitchen comes complete with all appliances you may need including an instapot and air fryer. A gas grill is also available for outdoor cooking and dining. The Resort club which is located directly across the street from your front door provides a beautiful pool house and pool, beach access and bathroom facilities available only to the residents and guests of the Resort neighborhood. The neighborhood also offers access to a crab pier with a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway and the bridge. Barefoot is just as pictured. The 5 bedrooms are disbursed on both floors, giving everyone their own space. The home is well equipped and had everything we needed. The beach access directly across the street was super convenient. Owners are great communicators- thanks for sharing your OIB home with us!

This is an amazing beach house. The kitchen
was well stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals and more. We liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It is very spacious and beautify decorated. The veiw from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool was a great and enjoyed by all. We would definitely rent again.

Location is perfect. Home is equipped even better than listed and better than expected. The amount of living space both indoor and out was really nice. We only had 6 in our group, but even with the maximum number of guests the home will sleep, I can't imagine feeling crowded. It was really nice to have large living spaces and multiple ones. It really is perfect for groups that want to both hang out and spend time together and to have space to get away as an individual, couple or small group. Communication and clarity on what and how related to the home and everything needed and expected was handled very professionally, and it was simple. We also were provided multiple points of contact in case of needs or problems. THE BEACH IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET! Wish our visit timing could have allowed for use of the house's private pool and/or the resort pool (which is directly across the street on you way to the beach). Lots of stairs, but the elevator made the luggage upon arrival and departure easy! And families with little ones worried about the stairs, they had child gates available for that. REALLY thoughtful in layout and in providing most everything you need to enjoy your stay! And, if you wonder if they do or don't have what you need, responsiveness in messaging leading up to our trip was stellar too, so don't wonder, just ask! WONDERFUL HOME AND WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We are a church group of older people. The elevator was essential to our enjoyment. The place was very clean. With a lot of covered deck space, we were able to eat outside in the wonderfully warm weather. Owner response was very quick to any questions. We all enjoyed the good views of the ocean. The kitchen & pantry were well stocked. We plan to return again next year if the hosts will have us.

Very nice. They had baby gates for the stirs, high chair and many other items that made the stay comfortable. The property manager responded to all questions very promptly. The views were wonderful. Ocean Isle Beach is beautiful and very clean.

Loved staying at this property over a long weekend to attend a nearby beach wedding. The house layout was perfect for our group and Gail was wonderful to work with. We hope to get back again sometime soon.

This house had everything that we needed for a long weekend. We were staying for a family reunion so the beach was a nice side benefit for the kids. The access to the beach is right across the street through a gate. Communication with the owners was excellent. And the elevator made things much easier for us. The house and beds were very comfortable. Our adult children like their beds harder but they were perfect for my husband and I. Don't forget to order your linens! We realized at the last minute that we needed linens. There are companies that will provide them for an extra cost. We had beautiful weather and a great time in Ocean Isle Beach.

We loved this property! It had everything we needed and wanted. Once of the most well equipped homes we have stayed in. We felt very at home and enjoyed the large living and kitchen space so we could eat meals together but then the second living space was great for the kids to have time to hang and for the adults to have time to catch up separately. We hope to be back!

The fabulous thing about this property, besides its proximity to the ocean, is the layout of the house. Our group consisted of grandparents, parents, cousins, friends, and every age group was happy and had their "place." Three rooms on the bottom level are great for families with kids; the upper level (two rooms) is perfect for elders or those who wish to retire early. Each room has their own bathroom. The house is comfortable, spacious yet cozy, and perfectly outfitted. I hesitate to rave because once this secret is out it may be hard to find a week. Thank you so much to the Normands for another glorious week at the beach.

We come to OIB every summer for vacation with our children , grandchildren , and family from WV. We had a wonderful week in this beautiful beach house! We especially loved the short walk to the beach and the private pool. The kids enjoyed the pool as much as they did the beach. The hosts were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We have been vacationing in OIB for many years. We have not however been back since 2019, sadly. This home was EVERYTHING we needed! Enough room for all of the family. Plenty of space for sleeping, dining, relaxing and the views!! Spectacular! It was great to have the pool and outdoor area for people watching and dining. It was also great to be able to meet the owners even though it was due to the "Taco" bed! The frame had been broken and the owners, even though they had been on their way home from out of town came ASAP and replaced!!! the bed frame!! How's that for taking care of us? We have not been able stop talking about what a great time we had. Thank you, to Gail and Paul.

Loved the house and pool. Elevator was very convenient. Easy access across the street to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint was with the mattress on the King bed which was very soft and uncomfortable. Our group of friends loved it so much that we have already booked again for next May.

This home was everything we could have hoped for and we’re already searching for return dates! 😉 The location could not have been more perfect for easy access to the beach and soothing ocean views. The house was wonderfully stocked with anything you could possibly need and was just beautifully decorated. The variety of sleeping locations and arrangements was perfect for our needs and we loved having the two living spaces to gather. The various ocean-facing decks were my favorites to catch sun rises or just sit and smell the healing salt air. Thank you for sharing your home and being such wonderful and attentive hosts.

Paul and Gail were very helpful before and during our stay. The location of the house is great as it is directly across from the Ocean and a short ride to shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and the views of the ocean from the decks were awesome! We are already looking for to next year's retiree spring break!
