About this house rental
Private home with over 3000 square feet. Great for family reunions and super vacations. Spacious open living and dining area (seating for 15), wrap around porch with rockers, outside enclosed shower, gas grill, plenty of parking, and very short walk to beach. Beach is wide with walk over access. New kitchen and baths, open floorplan with beach decor, fully furnished with all conveniences of home. Kitchen with extra large capacity refrigerator, separate beverage cooler holds 200 cans or wine also. Granite and new cabinets make it a pleasure to enjoy with open bar with chairs. Fifty inch flat screen TV in living area and 6 other TVs in bedrooms...Smart TVs for use of your streaming services. Great location at a super price!!

We loved our stay at this rental. One of our favorites was the large round table that seated our whole family. The rental was well stocked and had very lovely and updated decor. It was a great price and close to the ocean. We loved everything about it and hope to return!!!

Great property, excellent layout for a large gathering, easy access to the beach and lots of golf close by. Well provisioned kitchen. The only issue was that I was told there would be a propane tank for the grill to get filled but there was not one. We had to call multiple places to find somewhere to get propane and then we had to buy the tank.
Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time at this house! There were 20 of us and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes & pans to accommodate us. The beach access is very close. We loved it! I thought 3 bathrooms would me more of a struggle but we made it work. If you rent this property you need to rent or bring linens! We knew this in advance so we planned for it.
