Welcome to our 5 bed/5 full bath Ocean Isle Beach vacation rental with a Private Pool that sleeps 19 and is just 800 ft to the beach. One of the home's standout features is the breathtaking sunset from the front porch. The perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or gather with friends and family.
Fiber optic internet with WIFI. Private pool with tiki bar, Weber gas grill with direct hook up to the house, bluetooth enabled outdoor speakers, privacy fence, large patio with plenty of furniture. Pool can be heated upon request for additional fee.
This Ocean Isle beach NC vacation rental features 60" flat screen HDTV in the living room with Netflix & YouTube TV. Rinnai tankless gas hot water heater, NO MORE COLD SHOWERS. TV in all bedrooms, USB ports in all bedrooms and fiber wireless internet. Current updates include: new siding, outdoor shower, & covered front porch, fresh paint and new furniture. Bed linens and bath linens included in your stay.
Kitchen and baths have been updated with granite, new sinks, new faucets, new lighting and fully tiled floors. Hardwood looking tile in downstairs bedrooms and living room. Fridge with ice maker and water dispenser. Four dinner tables with lots of seating to accommodate big cookouts. All cookware and utensils are provided. Kitchen equipped with blender, toaster, crock pot, mixer, coffee pot &, keurig. Grill has direct gas hookup, so you never run out. Outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off from beach.
Our home located in the Brunswick Islands is family friendly and pet friendly. We have a high chair, activity bounce chair, baby gate and pop up crib. Adult and kids board games and books inside. Plenty of toys in storage. Bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, games, and umbrellas to take to the beach. Cornhole court in backyard and a large swing for adults to enjoy evening breezes from the ocean. This house was amazing. I could not be any more happier with to stay here. As the groom for my wedding, I needed additional housing to place my family and they were also impressed with it. The rooms were also nice and so clean the host was so responsive and helpful. I couldn’t be any more happier with how the weekend turned out as far as this house if I can give it 10 stars I would I would definitely recommend this for families. I would like to vacation at Ocean Isle

Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of this property.Unfortunately, the heated pool—a primary reason we chose this property—was a significant disappointment.On May 31, I contacted the owner about having the pool heated. I was told heating was available for an additional fee with two days' notice. Although the owner mentioned that many guests use the solar blanket, there was no indication of any issue with the heater. After I requested pool heating, I was told I would receive an invoice on Friday, but it never arrived.When we checked in on Saturday, I was informed that the heater's pilot light would not stay lit and that a part would be ordered on Monday. Then on Monday, I was told the heater needed to be replaced. While I understand that equipment can fail unexpectedly, I was disappointed that this issue was not identified before our arrival despite my advance request for pool heating.The solar blanket was not an effective alternative due to inconsistent weather and difficulty keeping it properly positioned. As a result, we were unable to use the pool during the first several days of our stay and could not enjoy it in the evenings as planned.I appreciate the owner's offer of a small refund, but I do not feel it fully reflected the impact this issue had on our vacation. Future guests who are counting on a heated pool may want to confirm that the heater is fully operational before arrival.
