The space appeared to be nice upon entry but after really looking at thing we discovered it wasn’t cleaned. We found someone’s hair and blood stain on the sheets in the bed, main bathroom looked as though someone had just used it (literal poop stains in the bowl), I showered in the guest bathroom and the towels were dirty with fresh makeup stains not from us. Overall it seemed like the space was made to look clean but no actual cleaning was done. The company never reached back out to me after I complained about how dirty it was and how uncomfortable we were. We only spent 1 night there and left early.

Well-appointed and comfortable. Fairly homey considering the open-duct, industrial vibe. Great neighborhood with everything needed or wanted within walking distance. Fantastic restaurants right around the corner. Glad to have the covered secure parking garage. Prepared a great Thanksgiving dinner to share with our son and friends. We will definitely return.

Wonderful place in NW Portland. Walking distance to great restaurants, breweries, bakeries, and more. Easy access to public transportation so no car is needed but the rental includes a secure parking space. We rented this apartment and the one next door, 2115. This one was not as nice, a couple of doors needed repairing and the dining room table has seen a lot of use.

This was a nice apartment and good location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and to Washington Park. Having a parking space was nice but the garage is a bit narrow and the space for this unit was a tight fit if you have a larger vehicle.

Really nice location! Lots of nice places to eat within walking distance. The open floor plan can lead to noise traveling within the unit but we didn’t hear noise from outside. I would recommend and stay again. We were a family of 4, the couch in the living room makes a nice bed.
