About this house rental
This wonderful home in the quaint seaside town of Capitola will remind you of being in a small village in Italy. Brand new Queen bed in one bedroom and a super comfortable double in the 2nd bedroom. Brand new Murphy bed in the living room sleeps two.
It has a boat dock with (1 )Canoe (1)kayaks and (1) Paddle board to use at your leisure. Or you can Kick on the deck and look out onto the beautiful Soquel Creek and observe nature. The owners may sit on the boat dock at times for a very short time.
Wonder down to the beach and enjoy the surf and the sun.
BBQ on the deck and watch the ducks meander by as you sip a glass of wine from one of the local wineries. Or just relax and read your favorite book in the privacy of your secure deck.
The lush green surroundings are breathtaking. If you feel the desire for shopping or dining out, the downtown and Esplanade are only a two-minute river walk away.
Enjoy the food and entertainment at the world-famous Shadow Brooke Restaurant!
No matter what you choose to do it will all be within walking distance of your front door.

Thank you for a wonderful visit. We were in town for our son’s graduation from UC Santa Cruz. Though both Santa Cruz and Capitola were very busy with visitors, we felt lucky to go back to this place to unwind from the busy days.We really enjoyed being so close to the Capitola Village and the views on the back porch. Steve responded promptly to my messages before checking in—and our whole stay went smoothly. Our family and pups had a great time and highly recommend this place to all!

This is a beautiful property with great functionality and amenities. Climb aboard the boats for an exceptional experience!Right by downtown and walkable to beaches or the grocery store. And the host provided a really nice sampling of nearby activities.

The location was perfect. I was unhappy with the kitchen. Coffee machine was unusable the toaster was super old and only had one kitchen towel, no rags or cleaning supplies so I could wipe tables down. All the glasses and dishes had a bad smell it all smelled like vinegar. No broom so I could sweep the deck all the cushions on the patio furniture were very dirty.
