About this house rental
Situated in Lake Greenwood, this lovely house for $315 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Spend a relaxing vacation watching the gorgeous sunsets on 'Lake Greenwood', or dining over looking the peaceful big water views. The house is perfect if you want to sit back and read a book in the quiet den or watch a movie on the 55 inch smart TV's, while the others are entertaining in the bar area or sun room. You can also have a great time fishing right off of the private fish pier just a few steps to the water. We are known for plentiful Bream, Shell Crackers, Bass and Catfish. For those of you that are nature lovers and trying to keep fit, take an early morning walk in the tranquil neighborhood, you may sight some deer, rabbits, fox and wild turkeys (and a few neighbors walking their prize pets!). We also have sights for the bird watchers: Bald Eagles, Egrets, Purple Martins and Herons. If you are more adventurous and want to get out we have many local restaurants, Tiki huts, & quaint bars that offer live music or karaoke by water and land. We even have an award winning Barbeque restaurant (Lee's Barbeque) in the area for that down home cooked southern meal. The'Greenwood State Park' on the water also has picnic areas and an interesting museum for historical facts about the area. If you are bringing your boat put in right here on the private boat ramp, you may want to pull up onto the local sandbars and cool off or play a game of volley ball. {Goat Island} is also a resting area that boaters can pull up on to the beach and relax. Take a ride to the dam or check out a quiet cove for fishing. The lake is 20 miles long with 212 miles of shoreline and 11,400 acres so there is quite a lot to be explored. Other Attractions: Golfing-Grand Harbor}, Stoney Point, Starfort and Greenwood Country Club Greenwood-Movies, Every restaurant you can think of!, YMCA, Bowling and of course Walmart. The property was in a perfect location for access to rentals at Skippers and other places on the lake, with great open water and great outdoor space with kayaks and a firepit! We had a great time and look forward to next time!

Had a wonderful time. The host are so kind and even helped my son retrieve my flooded jetskit that I forgot to put the plug in (dumb mistake). Would definitely be back. Very easy to relax. Not so nice that your on pins and needles but comfortable and homey.

Peaceful and Beautiful place to stay!
First, communication is top notch with Starla and Allen. They are so nice and accommodating. The house is super cute and clean. I had my mother with me who has mobility issues but had no problem getting around inside with her walker. It is all one story living and there is a ramp that leads to the front door. The deck is a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful fall weather and gorgeous sunset. In the mornings you can sit on the bench at the end of the dock and watch the sunrise. I see many future stays here...I have already booked my next one!

Great location and a great House

Starla was a perfect hostess. She went out of her way to accommodate requests. Very clean and tastefully decorated house. Extremely quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay, make sure to take bikes and some games to play. It’s about a 25 minute drive to the town of Greenwood. There is a Dollar General that’s about 15 minutes.

Peaceful stay with great views
This home is just as advertised. It has a great lakefront location with all the amenities you could hope for! You can sit outside and watch the sun set, enjoy swimming in the lake or even go kayaking. The house is fully stocked so no need to bring anything to cook with. All around a great place to spend with family and highly recommend it!

Great Family Vacation Spot
Spacious, clean, well equipped. Quiet waterfront that lent itself to a family vacation with three generations with all water activities. Boat ramp and dack just steps away.

A great Vacation
This property is very clean, well stocked with the amenities you'll need in the kitchen, and a great location on the lake. With the convenience of the boat ramp and the very large dock, having our own boat there was very easy. The owners were very nice and very attentive to anything we might need. We'll be back
