This amazing property is located on Ocean Drive and 3rd. South of Fifth. Centrally located in SOUTH BEACH Direct open views to Ocean Drive from the apartment, A LOT OF NATURAL LIGHT. . This apartment is close to everything you can possibly desire. Many restaurants, attraction's, stores, public transportation and plenty of entertainment to fit all budgets and tastes. This unit is perfect for couples or families. 24 hour supermarket and pharmacy one block away. Pets are permitted. There are two waterfront parks one block from the apartment . Don't have to walk far to walk your pet or take your young ones to the playground. Private pool and beach access from apartment building. Beach is only a few steps away from the pool area. This is a spectacular upgraded one bedroom one bathroom unit located on the 3rd floor. Building has a private secure entrance. Walk out directly onto Ocean Drive. Property is equipped with elevator for easy access to condo. This beautiful unit has complete marble flooring throughout the condo and a marble stand up shower. This condo comes equipped with a full upgraded kitchen with granite countertops. Appliances include refrigerator stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils, cooking ware, and dishes provided. All linens and towels also included. Sleeps 1-5 guests. Separate One bedroom with queen bed also a full size sleeper sofa in and a personal convertible in the living room. 2 flat screen TVs. One in the bedroom and the other is in the living room. We absolutely loved our stay! It was a perfect location to the beautiful beach, shopping, amazing restaurants, and bars. The air conditioning was cool and the fridge is new and we loved the ice trays and frosty mugs in the freezer! The condo is comfortable and clean and other guests were pleasant. The pool was a great addition. We never heard noise or traffic. Very low key area with boutique hotels and cafes on either side. The host had great communication and check-in was a breeze. Thank you, Mr. Enriquez for a wonderful stay!!!

Check in and communication was excellent. Parking option we were given was perfect. Location on the strip was excellent and withing a 20 min walk of everything needed or wanted north and south. Beach on one side of the codo and Ocean drive on the other. Location location location. Food was good, gelato was great, and the coffee was excellent.

Reading the reviews since Mar 2022, we hestitated about leaving a review since it appeared Mr Enrique does not take kindly to any criticisms of this property.
Nevertheless:
PRO:
1) Beach literally at the back door;
2) Restaurants, etc. within easy walking distance;
3) Laundry is paid via an app, which was easy.
4) Owner easy to communicate with.
CON:
a) Owner-Paid parking is available several blocks away. Not a big deal, but wish it had been communicated clearly beforehand;
b) Owner made us immediately aware the cable did not work and offered to have it fixed during the time we were there. We declined as we were not watching TV;
c) Refrigator did not cool. As per a 04/05/22 comment, it does not appear the refrigator was ever replaced;
d) Bed was very uncomfortable and so we left one night early. In the same review comment, the mattress was brand new. If this was the same mattress, it got worn out in just a year.
When we left, b) and c) above were communicated to Mr Enrique and he thanked us for our comments and stated the "condo is scheduled for major maintenances and replacement".
Yes, the place is a bit worn and dated. BUT, guests are paying for the location, not a posh suite that we only slept in. In that respect, we were very satisified. After the upgrades, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location is perfect. Right off the strip. Can walk to everything. The beach is in the backyard and you get complimentary beach chairs and umbrella which is a huge plus. Owner is super responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t have been happier with the location, right on South Beach near restaurants and bars. Steps to the beach where you can relax on lounge chairs under an umbrella. Place is small and isn’t fancy, but we came for the beach, not a deluxe hotel. I read that hot water was an issue but we didn’t find that to be the case. Let the water run and it gets very hot. Excellent response from host.

We love the location of this property and have stayed in other units in this building. Away from all the noise but close enough to walk to all the restaurants. Check out the free trolly while you are there.

Most of our time was spent on the sandy beaches and we couldn’t have asked for more. This place is conveniently located next to restaurants, a Walgreens & the ocean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The property manager was quick to communicate and made sure all of our needs were met and questions answered.

The property was located just south of the main strip where all the restaurants are and most of the busy area. We had just a short walk to get coffee every morning. The unit building is right along the walkway along the ocean, and we did have a very nice time.

Excellent location. I would have given five stars but the apartment needs some updating. It's a little run down. The pool area could use some work also. But it's right where you wanna be. The beach is steps away. Shopping etc.. right outside your door.

It was amazing to be right on the beach and close to all of the restaurants on Ocean Drive. The main issue was cleanliness. The stove, coffee, machine, and dishes were dirty when we got there. We did not put anything besides toilet paper in the toilet, but it got clogged and there was no plunger. It seems like nobody has cleaned under the bed in a while. There was pink mold/mildew on the shower curtain. We had to buy a plunger and restock toilet paper ourselves. The bed was very uncomfortable and seems to be caving in on itself.

The beach area here is so clean and the water is crystal! You’re going to love it and you just can’t beat this price!

The place houses four people and we are not always together. One key does not work. When we entered the room the floor was dirty with sand and just an expectation to be cleaner. Upon setup of the room it was tough to figure out bed linens and where they all belonged. Along with a lack of pillows. I will say Enrique took care of the linens and pillows the following day.
There is no beach view. The pictures make it seem as such. Not the case. The pool is dark and murky. Not clear. Kind of a turn off. It should be crystal clear. The beach is perfect. As described and maybe even better. Direct access to boardwalk and beach is very easy.
Complimentary beach chairs do not come with towels. The pass from the room does not work for towels, which I told it would be.
Overall for the price it is fine. I would expect to have plastic cups in the room for the beach or a small cooler. It’s a small beach apartment which is meant for sleeping and the rest of your time is to enjoy south beach.

The location was excellent, right on the beach, easy to get to public transportation, and not directly in all of the night action so you can actually sleep! Enrique was a great host, quick with responses anytime there was a need!

Miami Vacation During Music Week
I stayed at this property with two friends during the Miami music week; having said that we believe that the place was reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area at the time. The place is in great location with direct access to the beach and ocean drive, with quiet noise levels. Mr. Enrique the property manager was very responsive and accommodating; something we really appreciated. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because we believe that the place could use some updating (bed and refrigerator should be replaced) and an additional set of keys would be helpful.
